Really quiet and cozy place. Everything was clean and nice and comfortable. Literally heaven on Earth 🥰 The best experience ever for families and for those who enjoys nature and peaceful pastime

There was nothing that we wouldn’t like

Location was good and the attempt at cutsie boutique style was appreciated. Quite location with nice views.

Accomadations were not as described. Listed with sofabed and Queen in room and additional sofabed in living room. Sofabed had dirty sheet on it and had to be changed before use. Beds were very uncomfortable and only one bedside table with no dresser. Instructions for guests to preclean like it was an airbnb booking, not a hotel stay. *Edit in response to OBR's untruthful answer* As pictured, this facility fraudulently listed this unit with three beds. They did not correct until I reported their fraud. They then attempt to suggest I snuck in a 3rd guest. It was a MINOR, my son. OBR's own listing showed the room could handle 4 people in total, with 2 as adults. They also say children are free. In their direct communication to me, they attempted to say I had a pet. I'm glad to see that they edited that from their reply here 🙄. In addition, I originally was under the impression that booking.com was responsible for the listing discrepancy. Until OBR finally communicated at 1:30am on the day of checkout and I realized they in fact purposely listed the room to include an additional bed when it didn't exist. I notified booking.com the morning of my 1st day there. If in fact OBR wasn't notified immediately (which I find doubtful) that was booking.coms error, not mine. Galatians 6:3 3 If anyone thinks they are something when they are not, they deceive themselves.

Fantastic large room and bathroom with a kitchenette and a patio, and beach supplies and even beach toys for a toddler/kid

Direct access to the beach was unavailable because of damage from hurricane, but anyway a path to the beach from the street is just nearby

the room was huge and so well decorated and had been stocked with essentials.

the property manager agreed to let me check out at 11 am, seeing as I had two young children and I was by myself. 11:06 she is INSIDE my room talking to my children, that is not ok! my children began to get over stimulated by having someone they don’t know engage in conversation with them while also picking up my extreme annoyance and anger rising. they spilled Literally TWO BOARD GAMES out… the property managers response was “ wow, this is really bad” are you kidding me the place other than that was pretty much untouched but two games to pick up and some crushed snacks calls for that kind of statement and attitude while also taking a picture of it. Way to make a guest feel welcome and come back!!! such a shame, because the owners were lovely.

Very clean, quiet & friendly staff!

It was a relaxing break in a beautiful location. It was very clean and well equipped and Anne made us very welcome. We would definitely like to go again.
