We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was as described, the view was great, loved sitting up top and out on the deck. The location was close to many great restaurants and things to do. The pool was amazing, and a great place to come and relax at the end of a day of sightseeing.

Condo was beautiful and cleaned. Family was delighted with all the amenities. We had a few minor issues but property management was quick to remedy them. Wifi was not working properly, so streaming was a no no. Security was top notch but didn’t like the fact that we couldn’t have visitors come in to visit. Very disappointed!! Overall, I’d consider it next time I visit Fajardo.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was so spacious and everyone had their own space. The property manager was communicative and any question I had, she quickly responded to. The pool was beautiful and in the same building as the gym which was a very short walk. The home does reveal some aging, but it is easily overcome by all of the great things. Finally, I selected this home because the sheets were white and stains could easily be seen. There were none. I highly recommend this space!

Xiomara did an excellent job of cleaning the property and having it ready for us. The amenities were exactly as described. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is only one key to enter the condo complexes and pool/gym areas and you need them to both enter and exit those areas. When traveling with people with different interests agendas, it becomes difficult to share the keys to accommodate everyone at times. I used the number provided to make inquiries and to resolve several small issues that were promptly and successfully addressed. I wish i coukd have stayed longer and will likely return again!

My daughter recommended Pena Mar, she stayed there last year and is going again in August. Was impressed on the daily head count all ours of the day and night. Condo was comfortable and just right for us.

Beautiful condo. Very clean and Xiomara was wonderful. The only thing was that in one of the bedrooms the bed was broken. The rest was great.

I recommend this place 100%. Cleanliness, close to restaurants, the bay across the street, the place is exactly like the pictures. When needled something we just contact the owner and it was taken care. We were three couples of the ages 60 and above and we enjoy this place. We cooked breakfast, dinner, use the grill, is like been in our house. We clean every day and ensure that the place looks like were rented to us. I recommend this apartment.

This was our first time staying on the eastern side of the island. From start to finish, this was our best Puerto Rico vacation ever!!! From the time we booked this property our experience was awesome! The communication was amazing, the location of the property was amazing!! The property itself was beautiful inside and out!! The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The 3 different pools were awesome and we really appreciate all the recommendations. Thank y’all so much for everything y’all did to make our vacation amazing! Can’t wait to come back this summer!

Great communication. Beautiful place to stay with lots of room. Enjoyed watching the boats come in and out of the marina. Well-maintained and very quiet property.

I work with a dive shop in Denton TX and we planned a dive trip with Sea Ventures in Fajardo from Aug 23-27. I rented 3 units at Pena Mar Ocean Club and split our travelers up. All of the people staying in this apartment were happy and on multiple times mentioned that when we do this again, we need to stay here. Apartment was clean and ready. Kitchen was well equipped, and we would cook breakfast in the mornings. Everything was gereat and as-described! Thanks

Upon arrival there was a HOLE in the sliding glass door where the handle should’ve been. The rooftop terrace was completely unusable. Full of construction material because the exterior of the property was being painted. Was told they had no control over the construction material being on the terrace. They said they did not know how long the painting was going to take, as it was not under their control. Was never made aware beforehand that we would not be able to use the rooftop. Our group included 2 children and elderly parents. There were many 3bd/3ba condos to choose from but chose this property for the rooftop terrace and we never had use of it our entire stay. The last 5 days being there we never saw workers but the construction material remained. Our first full day of vacation (Wednesday)we were forced to leave the condo carrying all of our valuables with us because the condo sat unsecured, due to the sliding glass door not having a handle. AND the safe was unusable. Could not be opened. Workers could have walked right into our property. In fact as we were leaving, workers climbed onto on our terrace. I took a picture and sent it to Xiomara (concierge). A handyman did come that afternoon & put a handle on the door, but it didn’t lock. He put a broom in place as “security”. He also fixed our safe and unplugged a sink. The next day we came home from a beautiful day to the elevator not working. This condo is on the TOP floor. Before I booked this property, this was my first question, regarding elevator status. We could never be in a property on the top floor with my elderly parents without a elevator. We started scrambling to make arrangements for the elderly as they were basically stuck in this condo. The owner offered us a 1BD/1 bath hotel suite 45 minutes away for our group of 6. We made our own arrangements. Elevator was NEVER fixed. Master is the ONLY room with dressers AND without an adequate supply of hangers. Condo Smells of mold. AC upstairs does not work. The only TV in the condo is upstairs. Upon our demand to make things right we were CURSED out by the owner. We were told police were coming to put us out. Ultimately we were given 20% of our total back and we stayed. I’m not able to express in words the amount of stress that was caused. This place was an absolute NIGHTMARE. This vacation was with extended family whom was booked in the area. The ONLY reason we stuck it out. INEXCUSABLE how we were treated.

THERE WASN'T ANY DISH TOWELS OR CLOTHS. SOME OF THE DISHES WERE REALLY DIRTY I COUNLDN'T GET THEM CLEAN. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS GREAT.

We enjoyed our stay. The location and layout of the condo worked well for us. Plenty of nearby places to eat, grocery close and very safe. As an added bonus they have a kick ass generator so when the power plant caught fire it kicked right on and ran like a trooper.

Sometimes you just have to brag. And Pena Mar is the place to brag about. Beautiful three bedroom condo in Farjado. We went with a party of six and there was more than enough room. Plus a second floor separate room with a queen size mattress that gave us even more room. This place has everything you can possibly need for your stay. Only an hour from San Juan but very close to most other things to do. Best views and some of the best restaurants on the island. Without a doubt we will be going back and I can’t wait.
