The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was very nice. The staff was not on the property, though asked me via text if we needed anything. The location was perfect for what we needed. Wifi good. TV selection good. If you are looking for a rustic stay, this is your place.

There was no sink in the bathroom. No chairs in the room to sit on. The kitchen area was not very clean.

We probably would have liked the view if we had more daylight.

No heat in room except a space heater and a small vent in the tiny bathroom. Only a sheet and thin coverlet on the bed with no extra blankets provided. Stairways from entry weren’t swept or cleaned recently. No closets, just hangers on flimsy metal wall hooks. Steep driveway with minimal parking on level terrain. We were provided a code to enter the room because no staff are on site during off season. That was ok with us, but the spartan room was disappointing. The only sink is in the kitchen counter which is 6’ from the bed.

Had a portable heater that kept trippen the breaker woke up freezing a couple time they really need to upgrade they're electric

It was the perfect place to stay with our dog!

Love the location it is so unique. Nice clean and bang for your buck. After I reserved I was contacted and given a complimentary upgrade. Will definitely be staying here on our next hunting trip.

Great location. Local food and dining recommendations were excellent.

gravel driveway entrances were a challenge with a big touring motorcycle but I was able to avoid the washed out areas mostly.

Property did not match online pictures. Everything in the room was old and dingy. No internet available. Hotel kept all of the painting cans and maintenance materials right in front of the balcony area. No water, no coffee, no ice, no vending machine on premise. Did not see an office or anyone around. Booked online and was given a code to enter my room. Had to carry my luggage 3 very steep stairways to my room. I do not recommend this place.

The bed was comfortable

There was no staff on the premises and there were many maintenance needs. It seemed that they were in the middle of some renovations (hopefully)

The balcony, we spent more time out there absorbing the beauty of our surroundings. First cup of coffee out there in the morning was such a beautiful experience. Everything worked well. The induction hot plate worked better than my current stove. They provided for all our possible needs, they included things I needed, like can opener that really worked, the accommadations were great, items provided were in very good condition. The duvet on the bed was like a cloud, but we didnt need it Our entire stay, our room was comfortable. The staff was exceptional, helpful beyond need. I can't praise them ebough.

This is not the right place if you are handicapped. This is a 100+ year old facility, built into the side of a hill. The back steps helped, but really a handrail is needed out there.

there was no hair dryer.. it was very hot in the room and when turning on the fan for some relief it was really loud and hard to sleep with it on.
