The water pressure was great and shower head was tall enough for me. The bed was comfortable and the a/c kept the room cool, once it got there. The owners were super accommodating and couldn't have been nicer. I inadvertently booked a smoking room and they moved me to a non-smoking room, very thankful!! You can tell they take pride in their business and work hard to provide a great stay for their guests.

Realizing that it is summertime in Texas, and I think our room had been vacant for a short time, there were spider webs around the outside door handle and door frame. And just the slightest crack in the weatherstripping allows more little bugs to creep inside too.

It was economical and easy to access of the main road. I didn't expect much for the price I paid. It was obviously a family run business. There wasn't any breakfast, but at least there was coffee that could be made in the room. Check in and out was very easy.

The grounds looked like a work in progress which did not surprise me. The window AC unit was noisy, but at least it worked fine.

I travel for my work- I'm a PEVO- pilot escorting oversize loads, we had to shutdown early due to mechanical problems and I found this hotel and the reviews were raving about this place, so I decided to give it a chance. I prefer to support non chain hotels if I can, because they tend to take care of their customers. I was not disappointed and the owners have put work into this place. The outside was appealing and my room(115) appears to be updated. The king bed was comfortable, the chair in the room was comfortable as well. The water in the sink was hot enough, didn't use the shower, since I had just had one that morning. The next day I had requested a later checkout since I was still waiting on the driver to give me an update if he was fixed(he had to go to Waco). They accommodated the late checkout by extending an hour longer, it helped out a lot. This is close to shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely come back if my travels bring in this direction.

The only thing I would have to complain about was that some of the other tenants were outside with their car stereo on blasting and I was trying to get some rest not knowing how early I may have to roll out.

It was in a good location for he business concerns I had to address.

It wasn't the greatest but that is understandable but for the price it was very sufficient.

This location is always clean and the AC works great. The beds are comfortable and the owners are super friendly. It's in a great location and you can walk across the street to Mcdonalds or go a little futher to a nice gas station.

Nothing I'm super happy with my stay.

The staff was friendly and our room was clean.

Great rates, clean, newly renovated rooms and blankets on the beds, not duvets.

The neighbors talking loudly outside until late at night.
