The gym was great. Breakfast was good and the staff (Lisa) at the front desk was awesome!

We asked to switch rooms because the AC in the first room was making a consistent loud noise. In the second room, there was consistent noise/whine from the mechanical room. We were unable to change to yet a 3rd room.

Loved the décor and the outside patio. TV was nice and big and everything was modern and clean. The bathroom was great and the shower was amazing.

The pool was freezing, even in 95-degree weather. The room was small. A little cramped.

I asked fir a shower cap as I had forgotten to pack one. I was told someone would bring one to my room. after a considerable amount of time, I returned to the desk, only to be told there were none and that they were now on order. I had to drive to a store to get one. While it’s my fault I forgot to bring one, the hotel should have tried harder to get one/ or told me sooner there were none available. Thee real problem is poor management to allow their site to be completely out before re ordering. That simply is a lack of planning.

Our room was very loud from the traffic outside! It was very hard to sleep. Some of the guests in our hallway were also VERY loud late at night.

second layer on bed was like plastic and very noisy. asked for room to be serviced on third day and it wasn’t. asked for two extra pillows and they came without cases.
