Location near restaurants was ideal for my time there. The room was extra roomy and comfortable. I loved the bed, pillows and the room set up. Very comfortable.

Coffee pot was out for most of the time I was there for breakfast. The staff person seemed to be uninterested in checking on everything. And when I greeted her she barely responded. Also, the front desk clerk when I checked in...I showed up and the front door did not open. So I hit a button that looked like a doorbell but there was no response. After some time the front desk clerk came to the door and with her own hands pushed open the automatic door saying, "the door is broken" and I said "and how was I to know that". She said "oh" Then she said "its freezing cold out". I agreed.

The shower was good and liked the feature to have the blinds all of the way open.

Bed extremely uncomfortable, bad location, overpriced for the low quality. Disappointed this was supposed to be a romantic birthday overnight stay.

They breakfast- not so good the Powdered eggs and Turkey bacon 👎 The bagel, boil eggs and cereal was the only thing that was good.

The wash powder dispenser was broken or possibly empty. It took my money without giving me soap.

Convenient location to where I needed to go. Had the basics including a small gym. Reasonable for a short stay

Whenever I arrived, system was down - no Wi-Fi and couldn’t process my payment which I had my card payment on file. Got into my room and couldn’t watch TV due to no Wi-Fi. She asked for my name and #, so I gave it to her. She said they’ll call me once system is up and running so I can pay for room. At 3 am I got multiple texts from a random # threatening me “You told the front desk you had a reservation. There isnt one and the system is up. We have your number and name. I will call the cops. THANKS” “As well as camera footage and your plates”. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.

The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. Having restaurants within walking distance was great as well. The room stayed cold all night. It had amenities that we didn’t use but looked nice.

It was loud with outside noise during the night. There were things in need of repair in the room. Made it feel cheaper than how it should have felt. I’d read other reviews mentioning this and so I was nervous. Luckily, it was not worse than I expected. Just minor things.

My friends had bugs in their room and had to switch to another room late at night. After switching they were then placed in a a room that didn't have a functioning bathroom door.

The property was clean but the air conditioning was not good and in one of the rooms I reserved the air conditioner was not working and it was hot.They could not accommodate us with another room but still charged us and I am disputing the charge now

The smell of the pillows smelled like sweats from previous customers and the blanket had red stains on it.

The breakfast was good with many varieties. The timing for the breakfast was too early. We were on vacation so sleeping late and the breakfast was don’e by 9. It should last until 10 AM at least
