The hotel style was very modern, the room was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of food. Good morning coffee:)

We arrived late night and there was a few homeless people around the hotel, but I guess that's how Portland looks like at night..

Neat and tidy, clean, comfy beds, great shower, nice body wash etc, location near to good restaurants (Thai, Japanese, and downstairs restaurant was tasty).

Nothing - everyone was helpful and friendly

The breakfast was delicious, choices for everyone. The location was with in a mile of our destination. I would never walk around that area after dark and probably not alone during the day but I didn’t need to.

The streets in the area was crawling with unhoused. I would have liked to walk around and visit nearby restaurants and other businesses but felt unsafe.

Zimmer wird nur alle 2 Tage geputzt, in unserem Fall aber dann noch nicht mal die Betten gemacht. War aber sicher eine Ausnahme. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht mal teilweise öffnen, so dass die Klimaanlage teils unnötig laufen musste. Beim Frühstück wird nur Wegwerfgeschirr verwendet.

Breakfast was pretty good.

Night check in staff was not friendly although the valet people were much friendlier. Room was dingy and felt very unclean. Because we had driven for most of the day and arrived in around 9:30pm, we were tired and just wanted to shower, get a bite and go to sleep. Restaurant was close to closing for the night 10pm. We ate what we brought with us. Pillow smelled like like it was used and not changed from the previous occupant. I used my pajamas onto the pillow before I could put my head on the pillow. Furniture was very dated, felt dirty as did the carpet. Lighting was poor.

Super comfy beds, nice staff, very cool roof top terrace to watch the crows flying around. Also walking to many good restaurants etc.

No hotel parking, but street parking was cheap and pretty easy.

La habitación estaba impecable y las camas muy cómodas. El mobiliario estaba en buenas condiciones. El desayuno no es tan variado pero esta bien. Nos dieron la habitación al momento que llegamos.

La actitud del personal de recepción, su trato fue muy hostil y un poco grosera al momento del check in, y también cuando nos acercamos a preguntar acerca del wifi. De cierto modo nos sentimos discriminados ya que a otras personas los recibieron con otra actitud más amigable. Esta es la 4ta vez que me hospedo en este hotel y literalmente me invitaron a no volver mas con ellos.

With being the weekend, breakfast was busy.

Lack of communication between front desk staff & valet staff. I was charged for an additional valet parking fee when I only used 1 night. Front desk staff was demeaning when I was trying to resolve the issue. Other issue was home less people defecating on the hotel property sidewalk.

A lovely hotel, in the heart of the Pearl District and within a short walk of Union Station or the tram line to get to/from the airport. Clean and modern, with a great swimming pool, especially for kids, and a terrific roof top terrace to chill out on at the end of the day. Breakfast was good and there was coffee available 24/7 in the reception area. A big shout out to Jake at the reception desk who was so helpful, giving us great tips for where to go (and not to go!) in Portland and the surrounding area - a real credit to the hotel.

One Of The Valets Took My Oakley Sunglasses From The Console In My Truck. I Paid To Have Secure Parking & One Of Them Took My Shades.

Not enough blankets on the bed. Had to ask for additional ones. Hardly any pharmaceuticals in the bathroom such as qtips, body lotion, shower caps, etc.

Everything was clean and tidy.

It took me a full hour to check in because the attendant made a mistake and entered my information under the wrong name. My wife and 4 children had to wait in a room for an hour while I sorted it out and then we had to leave and go down 3 flights to a separate room. Frustrating!

Great location, nice and clean, and breakfast had gluten free and alternative milk options!!

We loved it was so clean and quiet. And that we got a room away from everyone for my son who has autism. It was perfect.

The staff was very helpful and had great customer service.

Didn’t realize we were supposed to let the front desk know or ask if we could get housekeeping. We do a lot of cleaning at home and it was 6 of us so we needed that little help around the room. It would have been nice to have came back to a clean room.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Every employee we encountered were friendly and helpful. Family friendly. The kids loved the pool area and breakfast. Felt very safe. Would stay here again!

Friendliest hotel staff! They gave us such a warm welcome and made our entire stay enjoyable throughout the weekend. Large selection at breakfast, fun pool for kids, comfortable lobby, and clean room.

Surrounded by the filthy bums of Portland , if you wanna have all your stuff stolen and windows bashed then go ahead and stay here
