The view of the mountain and the river was nice. Everything was clean with plenty of hot water for showers. Great location!
The walls are very thin, and the floor boards creaked very loudly. Cushions need to be replaced on balcony seats and on swing. No cable TV had to sign in on my Netflix account. Could not hear river unless the back door was open, just traffic and neighbors.

Room was too small for two queen beds. Lighting was awful. Too dark!

The location was perfect!! It is an easy walk to dining. The kids enjoyed swimming in the river. The staff were really helpful and friendly!!

Uneven floors in room and broken rickety picnic table on property that should be removed before someone gets seriously hurt. Floors were so uneven almost made us lose our balance and fall.

Adorable rustic feel and right in the river! My family enjoyed listening to, looking at, and playing in the lake throughout our trip.

Proximity to everything. Steps away from river. Nice riverside lounge area. Short drive to park. Can walk from room to all shops and dining with no need to drive.
We liked everything. It would be the first on the list should we vacation here again.

It was clean. The balcony was clean. No spider webs or evidence of bugs. We were right on the river. We heard very little outside noise and the river was nice "white noise" to sleep to.

Excellent location to walk to eateries and short drive to State Park. Balcony overlooking river is fabulous.

The employees were wonderful. The location was perfect for where we wanted to stay.
The room was ok. The walls were super thin, and the doors didn't close very well. The TV didn't have enough digital channels for what I like to watch before bed. If it wasn't for the location, I would definitely say the room was greatly overpriced.

right on the river and right in the Chimney Rock village! we love it here! I love the vintage look and how every room has a balcony over looking the beautiful river!
the only thing me and mom didn’t like was the shower, when we took a shower water went everywhere because the curtain wasn’t long enough and the wall around the shower wasn’t quit high enough to catch the slash from the shower. other than that everything was perfect!

Great location that was walking distance to shops and restaurants. Very Clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. Check in/out was a breeze.
WiFi didn’t work in the room and very low AT&T cellular signal. Could hear conversations in the room next to us.
