The house is so close to our favorite beach in the Cape, Mayflower beach (8 min walking). The deck with the bbc is perfect to enjoy the afternoons.

The house furniture is old style, but it is working perfectly so I don’t complain. The small insects and their bites were the worst part, but I am not sure if it is something to improve

Great location near the beach. We did have an issue with hot water but it was fixed immediately. Having a service to call 24/7 was helpful in having hot water restored. Games were left at the house as well. Just show up and have fun.

Driveway was difficult to see when leaving. Definitely needs the Bushes and trees trimmed.

The location wasn't as close to the beach. I thought it was mentioned we could see the beach from our location. The house was very clean. There was plenty of parking. The key was easily accessible. The grill on the deck seemed brand new. We did enjoy the bedrooms with many beds. Everyone got to sleep by themselves!

The entire inside could be updated. The refrigerator was unplugged and need time to get cold. The grill needed the bottle to be hooked up and brought from the basement. The furniture was mostly wooden chairs. Not very comfortable. The deck picnic table was old, a friend almost fell of the bench which was broken. The table looked as if it would collapse any minute.
