Shuttle taxi

We arrived slightly early and were told check in was 3pm. Nowhere to store our luggage so had to put it all back in car. On check in we were told the bar would open at 5pm, when we went to bar at 5pm we were advised it only opens on Friday and Saturday’s. The pool area was nice but the pool itself was closed on first day and was filthy, it opened on 2nd day but was still filthy so we couldn’t use it. We found the reception staff with the exception of one lady very unhelpful. Although the signs outside advertise this as a casino hotel, the Casino is actually in another hotel. In short the hotel staff are rude, there is no restaurant, bar which is only open occasionally and a pool which we couldn’t use. Definitely would not recommend to anyone.

The door lock inside the room was held on the door frame by 1 Screw. The toilet paper holder fell off the wall the first time my wife went to the bathroom. The TV would not stay on and you could not get it to stay locked on any channel.. The front desk at check in was polite and had maintenance come in and fix the door lock and the toilet paper holder while we went out to dinner. This was all after a 6 1/2 drive to get there for a funeral, I expected a lot more than what we received for the money I paid just to find out there was a Hilton Express next door. I went on the advise of a relative who know and has live in the area for 35 years. My Mistake. The Hotel did not live up to the internet reviews. On the other hand, the breakfast was good.

Professionalism and general customer service from the registration desk. Check in was good, It stopped after we got to the room. I told them I would fix the room issues that should never have been there in the first place. The maintenance man was walking by and caught the end of my conversation. He then stated he would fix the problems with the door lock and the bathroom. We still never got the TV to work on a satisfactory level.

Das Zimmer hatte eine gute Größe, war sauber und hatte vernünftigerweise keinen Teppichboden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, die Dusche und die Toilette funktionierten gut. Das Frühstück bestand aus einer gut sortierten Auswahl an Speisen und gutem Kaffee; das Servicepersonal war sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Das Hotelpersonal hatte uns ein Zimmer zugeteilt, das bereits durch eine andere Person belegt gewesen ist. Diesen Fehler korrigierte man schnell und unbürokratisch und buchte uns auf ein anderes Zimmer um. In die Innenstadt und zum Casino verkehrt ein Shuttleservice, den man nutzen kann.

Es ist kein Restaurant (Abendessen) vorhanden. Es wäre angenehm, wenn man bei einer späten Anreise einfach noch eine Kleinigkeit essen könnte, ohne noch einmal in die Ortschaft fahren zu müssen. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Auffahrt zu einer Schnellstraße.

De ligging, zwembad, ontbijt, shuttlebus naar casino, personeel, ruime kamer.

Hadden een kamer grenzend aan het parkeerterrein waar de tourbussen stonden, deze lieten al heel vroeg in de ochtend de motor warm draaien. Bed was niet erg comfortabel maar dat kan persoonlijk verschillen.

They upgrade us which was great! The bed was big and everything was comfortable. It’s a basic hotel but did the job for one night. The pool area was fantastic! The pool was really warm even at 9pm :) breakfast was decent too

The floors in our room could have been a little cleaner. They didn’t look like they had been swept/hoovered properly since the last guest.

Ran out of bacon on the breakfast bar and they said it would take 30 minutes to refil... so I had no bacon with my breakfasy

Everything thing was great. More than I expected

Lovely hotel with very large room and comfortable bed. The pool and breakfast were good too. All the staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel provided a free shuttle service to the casino and restaurants.

We stay regularly when we are in the area . the staff is always wonderful, building cleans , beautiful rooms. nice breakfast and great location.

Breakfast was good but they same every day. Price of rooms was different than stated on website. ( Booking.com) Didn't have the rooms I booked also. Put overall good stay!

Pillows could be in better condition. Update breakfast on weekend. Not same foods daily.
