WiFi was bad the entire stay

Love the location and the property! Perfect for family groups and house had everything we needed. This was our second time staying at this property and will stay again.

The house was a little dirty in some areas (bathrooms and floors) but we just swept the floors and used Clorox wipes to clean up.

The rooms were wonderful.

The main issues were cleanliness, when we arrived the living rooms were in disarray the floors were dirty we had to sweep and clean up what should’ve already been done. Our door code we were given didn’t work and neither did our WiFi user and password. They gave me the instructions, and come to find out the WiFi wasn’t even connected.

The property exceeded our expectations. We had a 3 bedroom suite. Every room had it’s own bathroom. The kitchen was very spacious and so was the living room. My kids enjoyed the pool, they love to be in the water. We will definitely be back, this will be our home away from home.

We did have a little bug problem in the kitchen, other than that we had no complaints.

Close to the parks

No overhead lighting in bedrooms and all light bulbs were burned out in all lamps. Empty water bottles were found scattered around when we arrived. It was not cleaned properly. Batteries in remotes for tvs were removed. The refrigerator door does not close completely. I texted these issues and got no response.

I liked the rooms, the way they were spread out and the decor. The kitchen was well laid out and I liked that each family member had their own bathroom. The place was clean.

When i arrived at check-in at 5:00pm (Check-in was said to be between 4:00pm and 11:59pm in the email that was sent to me) There was nobody there to check-in with. The property office was closed at 4:00pm. I was supposed to have been given instructions i.e the code to get into the property but nothing was sent to me. Imagine my panic when I had my whole family with me and no one on the property to speak to about getting into a place that I had spent $1,028.00 for! I had to call Columbia Management and luckily I was able to get a hold of someone who was able to help me out. They sent me an email with information for another unit on the property with the code for the door so that we could enter the property. I feel this aggravation could have been avoided if there had been someone on the property at all times. Also... the accommodations said two hand towels per bathroom. We were missing some hand towels and there was no laundry detergent either. I tried calling the property manager but there was no answer. I didn't have time to wait around and keep calling because my family had other plans to visit Disney and do other things on vacation.

We loved that there was enough room for our party. The location was great. Nice facilities when they were open.

The house was a little dirty and spider webs on the kitchen ceiling. We were not notified that the pool was closed from Monday to Thursday of our stay. When I reached out to see about the hot tub it took several days for a reply. The lack of communication was very poor.

The overall look was very appealing ,easy entry and exiting, the home was very nice and spacious.

There was some minor issues such as poor drainage in some of the bathroom sinks, a problem with one of the rooms closet doors seemed to be off track

Literally everything! When we walked in, it had exceeded our expectations! The beds we so comfortable! The showers were amazing! It was very convenient having a laundry room, and made it easier to pack light for our trip. The decor was beautiful! We had 4 bedrooms and stayed for 6 nights, and the price can't even compare to anywhere else for the value of our stay. We will definitely be staying here again!

We went through a lot of trash because we ate out mostly, so we ran out of trash bags.

I loved the big kitchen and gas stove..We cooked a big family breakfast... Walmart was next door which was a plus😃

I loved everything definitely booking again soon

Small distance to the Orlando attractions.

Lack of maintenance: carpet stains, hair, inadequate bed sheets ... the property is overrated No answer on the provided phone (we have arrived earlier), even I admit the lock was opened at 16.00 hours sharp Small and crowded community pool The garbage is not collected from the front door recipient - racoons are messing it up.
