The resort is one of my favorites. There was construction being done but the staff was very accommodating with my needs. The views from the room was amazing as always.

-i received way too many emails from Explorie before the trip and was unable to unsubscribe to the emails or stop them. -was not told at any point before the stay about the heavy construction taking place. -parking situation is pretty wild. -the construction and dust in the lobby, hallway, and exterior is very uncomfortable.

I never was informed buy booking that the property was under construction, and the room was in poor condition. Is the wors placed I ever had stay.

The location was fantastic with a quiet community and just steps from the beach. The elevator actually worked unlike some places but was very dirty.

There was construction at all times which resulted in shutting the pool and bar area down. The website alone explained this but Booking.com did not until after payment was made. The construction workers were caught taking pictures of me while with my husband in a bathing suit (multiple times). The facility was dirty and outdated and had no cleaning supplies for us to clean before/during/and after our stay. Our sheets had stains on them. No dish towels for cleaning and drying dishes. The cabinets in bathroom area were broken. There were huge dust balls hanging from the ceiling which in return flared up our allergies.

The view is phenomenal. I really love that there is a kitchen available to us as well. The pool was warm and enjoyable. The beach is just across the way.

Utensils in the kitchen were basically unusable. Luckily I brought some from home but that's because I live 25 minutes away. For someone who's traveling, that would be absolutely insane. You guys also got rid of the romance package! I used to love it and purchase it every time I would come.

Everything excellent the ocean view amazing from my room the staff so friendly and smiling all the time. I recommend this excellent hotel.

Bed broke upon arrival. My son had to sleep on the pull out bed. Next morning, spent a half hour waiting for the GM to ask about compensation. Instead the GM turns the tables and says that the bed was fine until we got there. And told me not to worry "that I wouldn't be charged to repair the bed!" My daughter took a video showing off the room and it shows my son sitting on down on the bed and the bed collapsing. I had to pay up front and didn't get what I paid for. The worst part is that they accused my son of something that he didn't do. I was never compensated for the first night of having to sleep on the pull out bed from the couch. I was refused the name of the property owner to file a complaint. My information was taken and was told that it would forwarded. I'm confident it wasn't. There were other issues too. A hole in the wall filled with tissue? Will Never recommend this property to anyone.

I liked the location. It was close to everything.

There was no place to get coffee in the morning without leaving. It would be nice if there was some in the lobby.

Dated. Broken towel bars in bathroom. No bedside lamp in room so to dark to read in bed. Thought rooms were all beachfront view. They’re not. We were put in a unit on the side of the building. We had a tiny view of the beach & ocean, but not as described as a beach front room. Asked front desk for a late checkout, best they could “do” was 11 AM. That is not a late checkout if their checkin isn’t until 4, they could have given us until noon at least. Chairs in the beach are not complimentary, must be rented. Parking was across the street.

Our room was very clean with a beautiful view of the beach. Staff provided us with toiletries, dehumidifier, AC, and TV. Staff was very kind and inviting and parking was easy. No complications.

The TV was being a little wonky, but we weren’t there for being inside anyway.
