The location is great. The staff is nice.

It’s starting to show some wear due to its age. The lights and electric outlets by the bed didn’t work. The refrigerator made a clicking sound. We were also disappointed to see the bath soap and shampoo had not been refilled, but that was easy to remedy. But, overall, everything was nice.

Great hotel and location. Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was good. The pool and outdoor patio areas were very enjoyable.

I loved that we could just walk over and find places to eat.

Nobody went to clean my room, we had bath trash and we wait all day to someone came to clean. I didn't knew if we needed to call them or just they clean regularly. Thank you all other things was really good.

The room was incredible. The breakfast was clean, the manager was nearby to help with any request. Pool area clean and nor overly chemical. It was truly enjoyable, start to finish.

The night clerk was not overly friendly, but certainly not rude either.

The rooms were comfortable but airconditioning was poor. Reception did not respond to an attempt call down around 10:00 pm on the first evening. Reported the airconditioning issue the following morning at 08:00. At noon I asked the desk when someone might attend to the issue and was told it would be later in the afternoon. We explained we could not wait around all afternoon as we had two small dogs in the room. The tech attended to the issue finally around 2:00 pm. We were near the ice machine on the 4th floor. There was constant beeping alarm coming from that area.

We were not made aware of the $100 pet cleaning fee until we checked in. This was not mentioned by the booking agent when I made the booking. While you provide ample bags and pet waste disposal locations it would appear that many of your guests appear to ignore your requests to dispose of their pets waste at all. In light of the obvious disregard by many who do not pick up after their dogs, might I suggest you use some of the pet cleaning revenue to employ someone to clean up the pet waste from the grass areas along the walking paths / pet walking areas, on a more regular basis. Not only is it unsanitary but makes walking your pet during the hours of darkness, very unpleasant. You have a problem that can very easily transfer the interior of the hotel.

Our overall stay was okay not the best we have had. The manager was welcoming and easy to talk to. He always greeted us and made sure we did not need anything. The night staff were also nice and courteous. The location was great.

The couches and desk chair had what appeared to be dog saliva or some old stains. Finger prints all over the stainless steel and doors were visible. The shower including shower-head had what appears to be mold and crusty mineral or bacteria buildup. The shower soap dispenser had dried shampoo on the nozzles. I recommend the bathroom gets cleaned better and the caulking is cleaned and re-done especially around the shower glass. I also recommend that the carpet is cleaned and shampooed frequently.

Food was good at breakfast. Great staff.

The outlet at the desk wasn't working. It had been disconnected.
