Tinha um casamento no dia e demoraram 50 min para pegar meu carro!Perdi minha reserva em restaurante que ja estava pago!!!!

The breakfast was in the restaurant adjoining the hotel and a la carte not a buffet.

Lo mejor es la ubicación, la vista, la comodidad, el personal y la limpieza. También fué un gran detalle que nos otorgaron un up grade a una habitación de más categoría con una vista muy buena. Las camas muy cómodas. El personal de la recepción muy amable, siempre tratando de hacernos la estadía mejor, el personal de Valet parking y restaurants también excelentes.
Disfrutamos mucho la estadía.
Lo único que le agregaría sería una pileta cubierta o un jacuzzi con sauna cubiertos. Pero comprendo que estuve en enero y quizás el resto del año no hace falta para nada. Todo muy bien!

I loved the space, staff and the location. The spa was nice as well.
I HATED the wifi. It was very very weak. I had my team over to work for one day and we could not work. I could not do a zoom meeting. I ended up checking out at 9am instead of staying till noon as planned. This was very disappointing to me. I called management and they did nothing. Im not sure if I would return. As a creative, being able to work for 2 or 3 hours per day while watching the ocean was part of why I chose this hotel. Its a shame that this small detail ruined an otherwise amazing experience.

It was nice however I had just stayed at the Conrad hotel in Nashville and found the staff in Fort Lauderdale not as friendly or helpful.
The staff were all polite but it felt very forced. The cleaning of the rooms and dressing of the bed was poor. I had to Re wash my glasses etc and had to request new towels.

Love this hotel! It's one of my favorite places to go too! The Lobby is small and not overly active but the resident rooms are worth it. I love the decor and layout of these rooms. Plus the kitchen with full fridge is awesome. Full beautiful views from multiple angles. I will definitely go back.
Like I said the Lobby area is not big but it's cute. The hallways are a bit worn down. For the price you'd think they could keep up the carpet better.

Beautiful view from our room! They honored our request for a room that was higher up! The room itself was absolutely beyond our expectations!
Would have like do have the choice to park our own car rather than valet, because of the cost. Restaurants were pricey!

Beautiful property right on main beach strip near other high-end hotels. The room was beautiful and bathroom was spacious.
The pool was closed due to rain and wind which was very disappointing since we came all the way to FL for vacation. You also have to cross the road to get to the beach.

location is great.
room was in significant disrepair. broken lights, broken door handles, broken tiles. room service was consistently incorrect despite proper ordering. housekeeping was non existent. this is a significant decline from our last stay. had to stress and worry if there were enough beach umbrellas and chairs as they did not have enough. will likely stay elsewhere on our next visit.

Nice clean large size rooms, excellent room, service, nice beach, free umbrella, and two beach chair rental per room, excellent breakfast. Expedient valet, parking, beach, just across the street, lots of shops and food places within walking distance.
Loud construction going on at times, not at the hotel. Remote to TV in the second room we stayed in did not work properly would only go up a few channels, then go back to the original channel is.

valet can be a bit janky at times but it’s the nature of the beast during events etc.
