It was close to the beach. The beds are comfortable. More than enough beds for everyone. Very cute set up

Lots of bugs. I knew it was in a wooded area, but there were so many bugs inside. When we first got there, my partner went to go to the bathroom, and there was the biggest camel cricket i have ever seen in my life. It went under the door into the locked closet, so I wedged a towel into the space so it couldn't get out. I killed at least 2 cockroached. The 2nd night we were there, there were so many little crawly bugs in the loft bed. The upstairs bathroom toilet handle is on the verge of breaking. I know there were a lot of ceiling fans, but the place gets SO hot. I'm not sure why you don't have any air conditioning units. It also had a bit of a mildew smell when first entering.

There were many problems with this property. Both doors were broken, one did not lock, the other did not close. The foliage was overgrown. A thorny bush was growing and blocking the door, attacking us as we entered. There were only two stools at a counter for indoor eating, as the outside was overrun with mosquitoes. There were many broken things: a microwave filter that fell off when the duct tape holding it failed; the bathroom mirror was held by one nail, askew on the wall; blinds not mounted because the hardware was broken; missing knobs and cabinet doors that did not close; toilet rocks; Gerry rigged lamp in bedroom; bed in loft had no internal support; limited and broken utensils, only 3 dinner forks, one butter knife; blanket determination; and many other issues. Finally, a cockroach in the kitchen!

Very spacious and comfortable- loved the location Kitchen dishes , glasses, mugs , pots and pans, etc were plentiful Could use a few more spoons, forks and knives

Landscaping could use some TLC Cabinet door in bathroom is broken Lockbox could Be more user friendly

Bed linens were not washed...

Mattress could use an upgrade
