Facility is nice. Room was well air-conditioned. Location is perfect--easy to access the town. Breakfast was delicious as well at the nearby coffee shop.

Lack of ice machine was noticable, not horrible. Y'all did warn us. :-)

It was convenient and clean. Construction a bit marginal. Price was in line with the area but pricey for what it was… clean and well furnished though.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable and the furnishing were lovely. The owners we very helpful when we encountered an issue and quickly resolved it to our satisfaction.

Our room was very close to the main road into town. While traffic was light, we did hear car and truck noise during the night. There are rooms further away from road; I would recommend asking for one further away from the road.

The rooms are clean and spacious! Area is ok.

Don’t expect much for breakfast It’s a breakfast taco at the round top coffee shop,which is very good! But the description let you think it’s more than that! There is no reception and the “welcome“ was meh!

It was not the right kind of property for senior citizens- the parking lot was hard to walk on due to the loose gravel rocks and there were no hand rails to get up the stairs with luggage. The room was comfortable but the tub/shower combination was very slippery & hard to get in & out of shower without slipping - actually it felt dangerous and made me very nervous. The height of the bed and the step stools needed to get into bed felt like yet another hazard for us older folks. The price for the room was more than what seems right for same accommodations elsewhere in other areas of the state. Disappointing.
