very old fashioned interior …. front door very difficult to open /shut bed and breakfast with no breakfast ??? they told us it was fit to bring end of season but £100 a night for this property was very expensive with no offer if even continental breakfast … would not go again !

Great location and the view from our room (Top ~3rd~ Floor Twin) was magnificent. Only offers a basic continental breakfast but plenty of cafes if you need your full English fix.

Very conveniently located just opposite the main promenade opposite the sea. Only a stone throw away from the amusement centre, railway station, and the main town. Hotel facilities were grand, warm room, nice bathroom and ensuite toilet, nice double bed, TV, kettle, mini fridge, what more can you want. The place is dog friendly too, nice to see cute dogs pottering around the place 😁. Overall nice place, would recommend.

We didn't mind this ourselves but I can imagine others should be mindful, the continental breakfast is more of a packed lunch style breakfast, just a bag of fruit, yoghurt, juice, and a pastry, don't expect a proper hot meal. They do leave a guide in your room telling you the best places to go for a proper breakfast which was useful indeed.

Perfect location from the beach, walks and local shops & restaurants. Easy enough to find parking. Host/staff very welcoming.

Can only point out that there was limited space/facilities in the room to have breakfast or snack on.

Breakfast could have had more variety. Mattress of bed was much too soft

The location was perfect

Maybe it would have been nice to have had fresh clean cups and our bin emptied , however I’m sure if we had requested this it would have been done. we were told on booking in that they don’t service the room or make the beds during your stay. This wasn’t a problem for us.

Great location for the beach and train station and town host were excellent
