The couch in the living room wasn't very comfortable and is an awkward shape to try to lay on. None of the bedrooms have ceiling fans even though there are fans outside and one in the kitchen.

It looked exactly how it did in the photos. The pool and hot tub were amazing and we used them every single day. The master bathroom and bedroom were really nice as well as the kitchen.

The villa was great!!!! I would like to visit with my family again.

Only one thing was disappointing. We had a wrong code We could not get into the villa. We a Good at the door for almost an your. Finally, went to knock on neighbors house. They were super nice and gace me realtor's business card. I called him and he gave me the right code

The property was exceptional. Impressive and modern and very tastefully furnished. The owners have thought of everything for an enjoyable stay. Lots of room and perfect for a family. The outside facilities were perfect and the area was quite and relaxing. Just what we needed. Shops and restaurants were all close by, so we could not have asked for more. Cape Coral is a great base to explore that coast with Naples, Sanibel and Fort Myers all within easy reach.

If you are using air con then be prepared for a hefty electricity bill after your visit. But outside of that we enjoyed everything.
