Loved the location. It is very conveniently located.

Elevators stopped working, and there was no other way to get to the floor my room was on. No microwave anywhere. The refrigerator did not work properly. Water and fruit did not chill at all. The ice machine ran out of ice. Bedspread had snags in the cover. The front desk worker, Teddy, did contact me to make some things right, and I appreciated the gesture, but not much changed after housekeeping attempted to correct my issues. Probably will choose another nearby hotel when I travel to Bethesda again.

A very nice hotel in a good location, but unfortunately the staff spoiled the whole stay.

I have never experienced, especially in America, such arrogant employees as in this hotel. Hotel employee Teddy Simmons, who introduced himself at the reception as the hotel manager, was extremely arrogant and rude to my comment that I received a free breakfast when booking the hotel, which I showed him on the booking.com reservation, but he charged me regardless the cost of breakfast for three days in the amount of about 100 USD. I had to call booking.com and only after 2 hours they removed the breakfast from the bill without apologizing or anything. I also asked for gluten free bread and similar for my son for breakfast for three days and not one day did they secure to provide gluten free food. The employee at the breakfast chased me out of the fenced room by the breakfast because it was the only room in hotel where I could make a couple of business calls in peace without music, and she wanted to charge for that room because it is room for the small meetings.

The location had a lot spots to eat very close it..!

The parking garage doesn’t having access to the hotel, we had get 2 different elevators to get the suite..

J’aime TOUT et plus particulièrement les attentions du personnel en particulier Teddy il est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme qui donne envie de revenir…pour sûr…je reviendrai…

Closeness to DC and places around the hotel

I paid for breakfast that was included with the stay and it wasn’t recognized on Sunday the 31st. I’d like to know if there would be a price adjustment

The rooms were well appointed, spacious & extremely comfortable. The gym was excellent & being located on the 5th floor meant that there’s a great view. It’s very well equipped & most most mornings ( we were there for six nights ) I had it to myself. The staff were delightful, all very friendly & helpful. We loved our stay.

My only criticism is that we had a room with a connecting door & you could literally hear everything that was going on in the adjacent room, which of course is fine if you’re with the family, definitely not so good if you’re not!
