Location was ideal, easy to walk to the beach and the local market. Place was very clean.

The WiFi was poor even after rebooting the router daily. Not the end of the world since we were out and about a lot, but we couldn't stream any evening movies. The queen bed was too firm and very uncomfortable. Woke up sore each morning.

it was noisy, the place echoed a lot, the tv was poor quality, the mattress was poor quality.

The facility is a block away from the beach, no view but a very short walk. On the side of you is the small town of Rockaway so if you want to explore the town you can walk or bike everywhere since everything is so close. There is an train that come by on the train tracks that can take you on a scenic ride of the coast. I recommend starting in Garibaldi so you have the 30 minute stop in Rockaway to get ice cream.

This facility needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning. Especially with covid being extra sanitary is important. The sand left on the floor, the black mold on the bathroom wall, the pink slim on the oven was made very obvious that the facility wasn’t cleaned very well. The directions are a little confusing because it is to Dolphin 1 so we weren’t sure if we were at the correct location. There was a musty smell as soon as we walked in but when we opened the windows the other occupants were smoking cigarettes right next to our place. We called to let them know the facility wasn’t the same as the photos and it wasn’t professional cleaned like the site stated. They did offer to have cleaning people come out but my friend and I had bought cleaning supplies and scrubbed the place in case we couldn’t find another place to stay. Fortunately for us we were able to find another place to stay.

Location, location, location! Great location, close to the beach and right across the street from all the shops in town. The outside looked a little rough but inside the home was cozy and quaint. Really enjoyed it.

The mattresses were not very good, my shoulder is sore from sleeping several nights. We only had tablespoons to eat with so take some regular spoons. Maybe leave an extra trash bag, we didn't want to go buy a whole box for one bag. The porch light was out so it was difficult finding the home when we arrived late at night.

The location was wonderful. The room was cute and set up well for a small family. Easy access to food shopping and beach.

The Queen bed is like trying to sleep on the floor. Only one outlet in the room made it impossible to sleep together. We both use cpap equipment so I'm just pointing out that I know you don't have control over that.

The newer kitchen and the newer floor in living and dining room. Close to the beach. Nice hot water for showering. Lots of towels in the bathroom. Kitchen dishes were nice. Mostly large rooms.

Not Clean, No promised refund for cleaning (we had to clean all). No closets, cupboards for food, no WIFI, no washer/dryer. No convenient windows (dirty at that). Entry way was dangerous. Bed not made. Intended responses not followed through.
