It was good. I liked the choices. The egg/cheese, and the chicken nuggets.

Great breakfast

2 things. The toilet lid would not stay up. The shower head was dribbling and I could not get it to open up. I reported it to the desk and it was fixed the same day. Very responsive. The room was just a tad beat up. It was fine really but for $300 and a Hilton property I expected a touch more. The soap and bath gel are way too scented. Need the neutropenia soap instead.

The location, close to the Expressway. But no security, and just east of here is the remnants of the FIsher Projects. Google it.

No working A/C in the hallways for all of our 3 day stay. Our room surfaces, including carpet, had a "sticky/tacky" feeling. Gross. Breakfast was forgettable. Desk clerk parked car directly at front door, blocking all of us late evening arrivals. GREAT :(

The two ladies that I dealt with at two different hotels were extremely nice and helpful beyond measure!

The fact that I got sent to a hotel that wasn't my hotel from an email from booking.com and then when I finally got to the right hotel she couldn't find my reservation even tho I had a confirmation number and everything

We were told our reservation was not valid bc of overbooking. So the nice thing is we were given two rooms for the same price as the one room we booked. HOWEVER we were assigned to room 116... when I opened the door ... a man was in bed... it startled us and the man... he jumped up ( probably to dress)...I hightailed it to the front desk.. I apologized to the man as I shut the door..

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff especially Raynesha!! Each time we interacted she was nice and helpful. We were treated well.

I love the front desk clerk I think her name was Angel Stevenson. She helped me with everything , anything I needed she was right there to help . Great customer service. She won’t let you leave without a smile on your face no matter how mean and aggressive you came at her . I was tired and just was ready to get a room . So I was kind of unfriendly towards her . But I tell you that girl was sent directly from God himself. my overall stay was amazing. Will visit more frequently
