The house was well maintained, well appointed, and very clean.

We arrived on a cold January afternoon. The door code didn't work. We called. The next door code didn't work. The first lock box code didn't work. The second one did. Hours later we got the correct door code. Also, the final bill, including all the fees, was over twice the list price. But, many listings are playing this game. So, 1 star for access, 3 stars for price, 5 stars for the house. 1+3+5=9 9/3= 3 stars overall.

Location was excellent. It was very comfortable with plenty of space. The kitchen was very well set up with virtually everything we needed to make Christmas dinner. We really appreciated the extra special touches like dog bowls.

Ceiling fans with excessive dust. There were a few bugs that would be expected in this location. Dog waste in the yard when we arrived.

Close enough to walk to the main drag but quiet and near river.

Very nice home, close to downtown-could walk, very close to shared indoor pool, lots of room for the 6 of us. Liked the convenience of being able to eat-in or cook, especially breakfast. Nice large table to share meals and play games in the evening after a long day of sight seeing. The walk-in shower in the ensuite was perfect for my mom who uses a cane. It was very helpful to have the a phone number to the local management team to assist with trash/recycling bin issues, to report the dishwasher was not working and discuss a small piece of tile missing in the ensuite shower floor (concerns we wanted to share in a timely fashion).

The dishwasher did not work so we had to handwash everything and 2 of 3 bulbs were missing in the kitchen ceiling light. Instructions asked that we put out trash bins on Wednesday evening. Someone already pulled them out before 5:30 that afternoon, so we hadn't put all the trash or recycling in the bins. Unfortunately, there was a flash flood which swept the bins away and we never discovered where they went. We did call to report this issue since we had to leave trash and recycling items in the house.

Location, location, location.

Nothing.

The location was great ...away from the busy main street and close to the walking path...which we used every day for walking our dog. We had everything we needed...plenty of towels, kitchen stocked with all kinds of dishes & cooking pots, pans & utensils, large dining table & game table, comfortable furniture & beds. We had an issue with the BBQ not igniting, but a call to maintenance fixed that quickly. I would definitely recommend Cottonwoods 455!

Well stocked clean and close to town plenty of parking even for a car trailer need a little more info inside the house like inter net code but it was on the e mail you sent had a little problem getting dishwasher to work but over all great and great for small or big dogs fencing was great thanks for a great stay pool a little cold but I don't think you have anything to do with that since it's a community pool Wii love to stay again when in moab and you sight had the best price on the same unit compared to others Thanks again Stevrn
