everything was ok and looked exactly like the pictures but the service was not really great.

This location needs more than one front desk person especially during the day. I had to wait for someone to come and check me in past 10 minutes, even with me ringing the doorbell and check in was even longer because the clerk was confused about my stay even though I pre-booked and paid online. Also, the janitorial staff had their cleaning supplies left in the ONE elevator the hotel had which put me significantly behind my schedule after the check-in incident.

Big, comfortable room, quiet. The best part might have been the breakfast. Eggs, sausage, yogurt, breads and toast, bagels and cream cheese, a couple of different cereals to choose from. Granola. All included in the price of the room.

I had call a day before my reservation and the young men I had told him that I was going in early Saturday and he said I could check in at 10 am the next morning but there was a rude lady that she said that it will be ready by 11:0 or 11:30 and I call and she said it was not ready so I had to wait tell after 3:30

Everything about the room met our expectations. It was very neat and clean not to mention very spacious. The only thing i had an issue with was the issue with the gate, whenever i wanted to leave we'd have to wait for the front desk receptionist to open it but she would always take 5 mins minimum to realize she had to open it. Most of the times I'd have to send one of my family members to tell her and she wouldn't even be at the front desk or we couldn't even enter the lobby because all the doors would be locked and she was nowhere in sight. Very frustrating

our bathroom door was broken and cracked and had no door knob.. I scraped my self a few times off the broken metal sticking out.. morning desk clerk was rude .. she had not restalked anything from the breakfast buffet.. and when I found her and asked her she got mad and only put out eggs.. there was no utensils to eat with and when I asked she said ohh we ran out.. No orange juice just cranberry drink and it was only 8am.. we were the only ones eating so she had no excuse for all the food to be gone we were very unsatisfied with this property.. I should of asked for a refund

Close to highway,as we were in middle of our drive.

Nov 14 night front desk young lady was not friendly. Gave us 1 key for 4 people. Asked if there were towels for 4 people in our room. She didn’t know 4 people were in my party or towel situation ( used Booking.com and listed 4 adults). I was told that if there wasn’t 4 towels to come back and she’ll get some. I was tired from driving and didn’t want to track back to the office. Front desk staff in morning of 11/15 was very nice.

The bed had food in, the room wasn’t cleaned at all

great location, right in the middle of exactly what we were doing. not too far from Baytown or Houston! the room was so roomy and very nice! bed and pillows were so comfortable!

got to hire more staff. but everyone was so nice and pleasant!
