This hotel appears contemporary and pristine and can be viewed in a positive way in some respects. On the surface the rooms are well equipped e.g. the bathroom has separate glass enclosure for the shower, bed robes are supplied. One of the least expensive options in Bishkek, however it is a 29 minute walk to Chuy Avenue (city centre).

The bed provided an adequate level of comfort but the entire experience here was let down in general by the distinct lack of hotel cleaning service (see below). The carpets are well worn and in dire condition- desperately need cleaning. The nearest powerpoint requires an extension cord to be useable and the voltage supply is such that recharging a device seems to take days. Although there is a light switch near the bed, lighting is weak overall. Noise from neighbouring rooms televisions easily penetrate I stayed for over a week in a standard double room and yet the room was serviced just one time. Incredibly I had to leave overflowing rubbish bins outside the room in the hope that it would be collected. Luckily it was wintertime and no wildlife to attract.

Sauna staff said a hammam is not working at the exact moment when we were already there and can't refund money. Don't do like that please

The shower is not fixed on the wall and you need to take it the whole time of your shower. The water gets cold after 10 min shower! So not good for 2 poeple to take a shower back to back. The lightning of the room was too low and the room was a bit dark at night. Breakfast was about 5 usd per person which was too simple and was not worth at all...

Great rooms, good showers, clean and white sheets. hospitable and great value. Staff all very helpful and warm especially Julydz who was always there when needed.

One lady was very sweet and one spoke a bit English. Comfy beds, working AC. Close to a gas station where coffee could be bought. Internet connection was also good.

The rooms are not soundproof at all, especially in the bathroom. Spa area is outdated, steam sauna did not work - worn and tired. There are literally NO PLUGS in the rooms, especially close to the bed. We were away for three days and the rooms were not cleaned. Apparently the room service was only upon request (was not informed about it beforehand). Breakfast was poor, no milk for coffee. One staff member seemed to hate her job. Broken showers.
