The weather was much better than we expected and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with our coffee each morning to watch the sunrise over the Atlantic. We also happened to be here during the full moon and were able to see the moon rise over the ocean. Amazing! The condo was spotless and had everything we needed. The onsite office was very helpful and we felt very much at home. Tybee had lots of restaurants and activities even in the off season. We have already made plans to come back next year for 2 weeks! Beachside Colony has so much to offer being beachfront and the 2 new pools which are just awesome. The condo was great and offered awesome views of the beach and ocean. The staff at Beachside was so accommodating and friendly. The onsite restaurant The Deck was so convenient and the food, drinks and staff were fabulous. Highly recommend Beachside Colony.

The unit itself has two bedrooms/baths and a nice balcony overlooking the pool and beach and is perfect for relaxing on warm, summer nights. There's also a large sleeper sofa. The unit is a little overstuffed with mismatched furniture to the point of restricting flow and the bathrooms could use an update. But everything is clean and the owners have really provided just about all you could possibly use on your vacation.

North Tybee's restaurants, ice cream parlors, and beach supply stores are within walking distance. The lighthouse, museums, decent grocery shopping and downtown Tybee bars are best reached by vehicle.

Front office is great from reservation through stay and checkout. Pool area is newly renovated and kids love it!

We had a great time staying at this property. Check-in was super easy. The office staff was very kind. Beach access was very close and the restaurant attached is delicious! Our daughter had a blast at the new pool too. Great place to stay!

The floors in the rental property were extremely dirty. After walking just a few steps barefoot the soles were black.

Beachside Colony - easy scheduling, nice management and good location. The Deck had very good food (and drinks) The condo was nice and the view was exceptional. We will definitely be back.

The condo was very clean. The check in process was easy and they were very accommodating with late check in. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

The condo was clean, comfortable bed, great location. But once we got there and looked outside we saw the pool area was being remodeled. It would have been nice to know about this beforehand and compensated for the lack of pool as it was a big part of why we picked this place. Anyone going later when it’s completed will have a great view of the new pool and the ocean.

Pools are under construction in the courtyard. (April 2022) and will soon include a heated pool! The condo itself was quite beautiful and comfortable with all the necessary kitchen and laundry conveniences. Friendly staff! Highly recommend.
