We did not get to stay at Savannah Serendipity. It was false advertising. Once we booked, we were told it was actually Suite Peach. The pictures are completely different. Suite Peach was awful!

Everything! We didn’t get to stay with where we thought we were booking. Once we arrived, the air condition didn’t work. It took forever to get anyone to get back with us. We kept getting the runaround. The building was sketchy.

Great location. Close to shops, restaurants and river street. Kitchen.

Extremely loud - we knew this at the time of booking due to its location. What I mean by loud is not the downstairs business that blasts music, the late night partiers, homeless yelling, or cops that frequent the area - this is all standard when staying in old town. What wasn’t expected was the bed sounds like it’s breaking if you move an inch and the hallways are paper thin (which can also describe the pillows). The apartment is roomy but very dirty (hair in almost every drawer, the floor, and surfaces). LADIES ! The claw foot tub is beautiful but there isn’t anywhere to put your things (razor, products, soap, towels). We dragged a small table over which worked fine. Our TV didn’t function and it took 2.5 out of the 4 days of begging to have someone take a look. She concluded the screen was broken and there was nothing to be done. We politely requested a slight discount due to not all amenities being available and were only provided generic “we apologize for any inconvenience you’re facing, please feel free to reach out with any questions” The kitchen sink leaks all over the counter. Wifi is weak and drops often. Hallways reek like stable animals. Our advice would be to explore other options first - there are much better priced spots all within a block of one another. We paid over $1,400 CAN for 4 nights and we’re completely ripped off and treated like a number rather than actual people.

Air unit, filthy washer and dryer ....air conditioning was on a set timer, and the filter was beyond blocked and dirty.....washer was molded from detergent and vent on dryer was so backed up it was wet from sweating

We had trouble with the door code but was helped very quickly.

Only thing would’ve been a TV in the bedroom. The couch cushions were a little strange too. The kept slipping off the couch with the slightest movement. Wasn’t a big deal.

Everything was perfect. The apartment was comfortable and cozy. I will do it again when I am back to Savannah. Great location. Everything within walking distance. There is a public parking 400 ft away. I had a great experience. Thank you!!!
