L’emplacement est vraiment idéal. L’arrêt du métro R a 1 min à pied. La literie est confortable. La télé. Le petit dej est bien mais sommaire.

Ont as aimé la proximité avec le métro qui dessert très bien et facilement tout Manhattan. Le prix de la chambre est correct voir même attractif pour son emplacement mais sans regarder la qualité du quartier. Le personnels et accueillant, poli et serviable.

Manque d'investissement de rénovation du bâtiment. Les fenêtre ont du mal as s'ouvrir pour aéré, les câble électrique dans les gaines sont décollé du mur. Le pommeau de douche ne nous convenais pas. Le plafond du couloir et effrité, les tapis sont vétuste. Les protection d'angles des murs sont décollé. Manque de choix au petit déjeuné. Peu chère et dans un secteur pas très rassurant, ont y voie beaucoup d'individue louche.

Breakfast - at 9am nothing but white bread and Jelly nothing left and cold coffee’s - asked the front desk and said to order meanwhile twos doors down there’s a nice big DELI. I was in a Rush that day! BAD not helpful just sucking money and had the audacity to asked me if I was customer in order to eat breakfast 🙄 that horrible quality breakfast 😆

The amenities in the room were much to be desired as well as the overall aesthetics such as furniture and infrastructure need to be attended to. They need to have drawers along with clothes racks and an iron ironing board. The furniture is dated and needs to ne overall immediately. I paid 1585 for 8nights and I could have gotten a better hotel in Manhattan for similar price with another company. I was really disgusted I did not even take photos of this place as I post on socials and did not want to disclose. Then to top it all off the constant smell of weed from the other occupants was also a huge turnoff and I do not smoke period. One has to request for the room to be made up and still using COVID as the reason for not having daily room service. NO WAY!!! I seriously would not recommend I was eager to leave to get on with my next stay at the Best Western in New Jersey. The continental breakfast was bagels, toast, muffins each and everyday. Variety is the spice of life and this was just unacceptable so we ate out most days.

Especially for regular budget travelers to New York, this place provides a welcome alternative to expensive, cramped rooms in Manhattan. Here you have lots of space and a normal-sized bathroom for a good price. Nothing fancy, but very functional: good wi-fi, a small desk for working, a simple breakfast room with a complimentary bagel breakfast. The hotel is only 1 block form the 45th St. subway station and I saw women walking alone along the street at midnight: it's safe. It takes maybe an extra 20 minutes of subway commuting form Manhattan compared to many closer options, but if you only go into Manhattan once a day and back, well, it's worth it. And if you want to see Brooklyn, then you are really in luck here.

There are no frills and the hotel is located on a business street with an elevated highway. Be sure to get a room not facing the front. The rooms in back are all perfectly quiet. I would come again.

The room was clean. It was exactly what I’d expect of this kind of hotel - nothing fancy, just comfortable.

Some of the bedsheets were torn. The advertised hot breakfast was a complete joke; though with the abundance of local restaurants within a block or less, it hardly seemed worth wasting my appetite at the hotel.
