Great location to the beaches. The condo was furnished and had extra beach towels.

the automatic/key pad lock system failed/malfunctioned, and it wouldn't lock the door after the first day arriving. we called the main office, and they told us someone would come check it out. After waiting for 1 hr, no one showed up and had to call again. We were informed they couldn't get a hold of the maintenance and had issues before. they asked if we would be comfortable being there while the door wouldn't lock - obviously no. We asked to be changed into a different condo and was told to wait and see what they can do. Another 30 minutes goes by, and my husband got the ok to take the batteries out so we can manually lock the door. We were told the next morning maintenance would come by 930 to fix it, but no one showed during our entire stay. The laundry room wasn't clearly labeled or signs directing you, besides telling you it's in the club house. I called the front desk and they didn't know where it was. I ended up finding it and telling her exactly where it was. This part is out of their control, but there was a bird that sat right outside the bedroom window. It woke me up every morning by 5am.

The condo was perfect for my needs. I love that there was two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very convenient for anyone who is staying as a group. The view from the room was unbeatable. I was able to see manatees every morning while drinking my coffee on the balcony. I love that the condo is located so close to Fort De Soto. This is absolutely one of my favorite places to be while in the area. We use the swimming pool on the barbecue grill. Thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity to have these extras available. We struggle just a little bit with a barbecue grill, but finally figured it out. The grounds for immaculate. Parking was easy.

The only snag that we are encountered was the coin machine for the laundry was not working, so we need to go find quarters.

I didn't like the landscape, the mattress is bad, the cleanliness wasn’t good, there was a dog smell on the sofa. Bathroom wasn’t well cleaned. They left something aujo that I don't know what it is

The unit was super clean and close to all the vacation activities we like. The sheets, pillows, and kitchen items were of high quality

The grass needed cutting, the water in the hot tub wasn't the cleanest. Grass was cut the next day, after I pointed out how hard it was to walk along the waterfront.

quiet location. access to amenities here and on Pass a Grille. well outfitted kitchen.

it is dark without lights. while there is a balcony, not very useful. should have plastic glassware you can take to the pool area.

Great location close to everything.

There were a lot of ants in the apartment. There was red tide down there and the smell was very bad I feel that the condo could have warned us before we arrived.
