Location & views were incredible. The house was beautiful & very comfortable! Close to everything you would want during a stay in Shaver.

Fireplace didnt work & the bedroom TVs in didn't connect to anything making them useless. Found a large mouse nest in a utensil drawer with droppings in multiple cabinets & drawers, although it was addressed & we were compensated for the delay & mess.

I love everything about this property!

The only thing I didn’t like was there was no hot water and the gas light for the stove was very low.

Good location.

No AC and 3rd bathroom did not have a shower. Perhaps these were disclosed and I missed it. Window screens had holes or were missing, 2nd floor rooms had virtually no cross-ventilation during the heat wave. Stove gas burners are weak as is the refrigerator; freezer worked fine.

The property exceeded my expectations! it was nice and spacious, everything was very clean. Extra towels short distance to Shaver Lake town.

More towels, later check out, & check in. Paid for two nights but didn’t get a full two days for the price.

Carpets were dirty, kitchen stove walls were marked with oil stains and fabric softener on the sheets.

House was very nice and comfortable for our family vacation at Shaver Lake. Absolutely love being able to come relax in the mountains, and enjoy the mountain air.

The kitchen needs to be a little better stocked. Sheer curtain in master bedroom is awful, bring something to put over at night. A few more bath and kitchen towels would be nice too.

It was very spacious and roomy. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the home suited our needs for the weekend. The guests that arrived with us also liked the home.

The rugs in the dining room and living room were bunched up in areas and kind of dangerous cause I almost tripped on them. Also ceiling fan/light in master bedroom was broken and couldn't use it according to note left. It did get stuffy and hot in the master bedroom room. There was lots of weeds in front yard and driveway. It could use a little cleaning up.
