Beds were to small for average adults

I like the convenience too many area attractions…. it was close enough, but not right down in the hustle and bustle of the towns .

For the price, I expected the beds to be a little more comfortable and the rooms to be a little more updated.

Excellent location,plenty of parking.Rooms were efficiency style.Had utensils and cooking hardware. Price was reasonable for the Vineyard.Would stay again.

Noise unit above til 2am high heel shoes backn forth. Lots of noise in hallway- couch terrible not relaxing old and sunken master bed soft old uncomfortable - view terrible

Very clean, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen.

Shower needs a shelf for toiletries. Unit is next to a very busy restaurant which opens in the summer with live music and outdoor seating. It is probably very noisy.

There was no breakfast, only coffee.

There was no clear road to get to the room. We had to drag our luggage over wet grass or rock. They put us at the very end of the property. There was a terrible odor that apparently came from cleaning a septic tank. Pervasive most of the week

The property was quiet and comfortable.

I had issues with hot water in shower. It didn’t always get hot. The bathroom could use a refresh. I was warm enough with heater but noticed there is a sign above fireplace that it’s out of order. Also, the heater unit had cool-aid or something spilled on it.

This property is run proficiently with no interference. Check-in is easy and friendly through Messages. It is not luxury, but clean. the place I quiet and convenient.

The descriptions of the property are accurate, with no surprises. The surrounding setting is beautiful. The fresh sea breeze and clean ocean air make this place an incredibly salubrious place to live.

Couldnt plug in more than 1 appliance at a time ( microwave & toaster for example). Cord would " pop" & appliances turn off. No sign advises customers of this.

AC unit sounded lik a plane taking off, very annoying! We lost half of the unit’s electricity twice, once while trying to get ready for a wedding! This had nothing to do with the storm.

Pretty grounds, bustling with activity. Feels like an old school camp for adults, like from Dirty Dancing days.

The cabin was cute , if simple. Lots of cheap fixes, like a rug covering a giant hole in the floorboards of the front porch. Lots of ants in the kitchen. Zero privacy, as all the guests can stroll around the grounds next to your cottage and the tennis courts are right next to the cottages too. Pool was clean, lovely and refreshing.

I thought it was closer ( walking distance) to a beach. I would’ve liked things like salt and pepper in the kitchen.

Kitchen almost unworkable - no surface for prepping food - nowhere do dry dishes. Toilet attached to kitchen. Table too small for 4 people to eat at.

The place was horrible. The sheets were damp and there were holes in the bathroom door.

The location is great! We enjoy the space and the pool.

There was a terrible musty smelled that permeated the whole unit. We stayed at the Island Inn last year and had a wonderful experience. The AC was blowing the musty smell around and all 4 of us started to feel tightness in our chests and developed a cough. I highly suspect mold in the unit.

Relaxing vibe - especially enjoyed the fires & meeting new people at night.

Black out curtains would be nice because the lights right outside the door comes on automatically and is bright to sleep.

Pool was nice. We liked the adirondacks and fire pits around the property. The office staff was very friendly, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. We did not use the kitchen as only there for 1 night. AC was good. A nice location right off of the bike path.

Our door code did not work. Went to the office and was told I have to get a new email code. Once I got that email we were able to get in after a few attempts. My daughter had a another room and the initial code she was given worked even though they sent her a 2nd one. Not a big deal.
