It was awesome, very peaceful!

High points to this place is that it fit our family well. We had a member who doesn't handle steps well so ground floor was good. Older generation stayed on bottom floor and younger generation upper floor which gave a good separation. No inside steps, but this wasn't a big problem. Beds were comfortable. All areas were spacious. Bicycles, cornhole, beach wagon and chairs were all pluses. Kitchens were very nicely stocked with utensils though the upper kitchen was better than the lower. Downsides were that the air conditioning was not working very well on the lower floor. My husband found an A/C unit in the storage area and installed in our bedroom which helped a great deal. The upper level stayed very cool. We were curious why we were told to leave the beds made and not strip the linens and some members wondered if the sheets were changed between guests. The trash bins stunk bad and there were a lot of flies in the house, which may have been due to the inlet behind the house. Overall this rental unit fit our particular needs and was mostly a good week.

The house was filthy. I brought my youth group here for a retreat and for the price this house was not at all worth it. Pictures looked nice but this house is obviously just a rental property that is not cared for. Upstairs is nice, lower level is rough. The showers were fine and the beds had nice mattresses, but the house was very dirty. Blood stains on a pillow, dirty rag under the bed, nasty smelly dishes left in the dishwasher. They need a new cleaning crew and someone to come in and give the lower level a refresh. Sorry to leave a bad review, but it’s an honest one.

We had a large group of 18 staying at Eye Sea Blue, and it had everything we needed. The kitchens were so well stocked. We had plenty of ovenware to heat up our Thanksgiving meal and an abundance of silverware and fridge room. The Keurig got lots of use as well as the beach toys that were provided. There was plenty of parking, and we loved having the public beach access across the street. The temps got into the 30s outside at night and the downstairs got chilly, but there were extra blankets stocked in the closets. We took another reviewer's suggestion to grab extra TP, which we ended up needing. Evolve was very easy to work with, and we had a comfortable stay.

This was a great location, slept all 18 people comfortably, and was nice to have the 2 separate living spaces/kitchens. Would recommend bringing extra TP if you have a larger group.

We enjoyed our stay here. We rented both lower and upper units for our family. The upper unit seemed a bit more updated and had 4 bedrooms. Although the unit was clean, we did another thorough cleaning because we had a child with medical needs. Public Access to the beach was close to us. Only issue that I had was poor drainage on the road. It rained and the water was so high that it flooded into my in-laws car, but that’s a locality problem.

The location of this property is incredible! Water views from the back deck and steps to the street from the front! The two separate floor set up was lovely for our big family. Two fully stocked kitchens made cooking easy and this house had comfortable beds that made sleeping away from home a breeze.

Like the title, you can't beat the location, but the house is in need of some TLC. The furnishings are aged and worn, the downstairs washer was unusable due to the previous renters, and the house just wasn't clean. (Towels were dingy, worn, and some smelled of cigarette smoke. Had to wash them in the small washer upstairs before using.) Baths weren't clean (dirty mirrors and faucets). Floors were sandy when we walked in, and there's no working vacuum. Flies are a major problem. (Killed THIRTEEN the first day we were there!) I would have brought my own towels, sheets, and cleaning supplie had I known, but those weren't on my packing list for vacation. We had a great vacation, inspite of the house.

This home is steps from the beach access. We were able to easily go back and forth to the home. We had 14 friends at this home for a parents weekend away and we very comfortably all fit. The two kitchens were amazing for cooking larger meals. Would recommend this home to anyone

Lovely home with a nice layout. More like two separate living spaces than a combined home, but we still got together for dinner in one of the kitchens. Rooms are very bright, which was a slight issue for nap times for the kids (and Grandparents), but we covered the windows with blankets (room darkening shades would help). Well-appointed kitchen, lots of clean bathrooms. I would love for a proper outdoor shower. Overall great stay and home.

The property was beautiful inside and out. We are first time renters to any vacation home, so we learned quickly how many items we needed to buy. The house was close to beach, easy enough if you forgot something or needed to go back...to go back and forth. This was extremely helpful for the toddlers and the senior we had with us. The only issue we had was the cleanliness; popcorn and candy under couch cushions, stained comforter, dirty pans, torn shades, but none of these stopped us from having an amazing time. I would rent this place again in a heartbeat!

What a great location for our blended family aid many teenagers. Great way to celebrate phase 2!!!

We had 5 different generations and appreciate the space we had. The walk to the beach was perfect. Although we had the different personalities we had enough space and things to do. Thanks so much for letting us spend time together as a family in your home. We are truly grateful.

We just returned from a week at Eye Sea Blue - what a great week we had! This house was beautiful and very well-stocked with kitchen supplies, bath supplies and even provided linens and towels, which many do not. It was useful having 2 kitchens with a larger group. It basically is 2 houses in one. The other extras were wonderful too - boogie boards, bikes, charcoal for the grill, games, beach umbrella. Even though we didn't use all of those items, it's definitely a nice perk for those who need them. We had one minor issue and the property manager was very responsive and super friendly. He is also the person who was cleaning the house when we arrived the first day. Unfortunately, the family before us left it a total mess for him and it took him a good 5 hours to get it back to its immaculate state. I'll never understand why renters feel that it is ok to trash a house just because they are renting it. It was very rude. Marvin, and his partner, did a great job cleaning it all up, even though it took them 3 hours longer than normal. All-in-all - a great stay and we would love to stay at this property again! Thanks for everything!

Our big family had such a wonderful time at this spacious house. Everyone has their own space. The location could not be better. It is right across the street from the public access. The only issue we had was the downstairs rooms had to have there doors open at night to keep it cool. Overall we had an awesome stay in Eye Sea Blue!

This place is beautiful and amazing. Had a hiccup in the beginning but the owners and property were so outstanding and fixed it asap. The house was so roomy we had 6 adults and 7 kids and everyone was comfy and had a blast. We will definitely be coming back. Thanks for a wonderful time and house.

We had a blast!

We rented this home over the week of the 4th, and let me say we rented way too much home. This place is very comfortable and it's basically 2 separate living quarters in one building. If you like traveling with another family, yet like to have your own family time at night or in the am, then THIS IS THE PLACE! It has been remodeled with all new appliances and cabinets. It has all the pots and pans one could need and the fridge is super big to stock up on groceries and ice. I Mean real real big! The beds are tempur-pedic and very comfortable. I only two minor complaints. No TV's in any of the bedrooms, so we had to Netflix off the laptops at night, and the back yard has sand spurs that Satan himself made. No kidding, do not walk barefoot in the backyard. If you do, you'll only do it once. They have custom made corn hole boards, 2 beach cruisers and an assortment of board games should you get rained out. The owners care very much about your stay. We had to help trouble shoot the cable/internet for about 2 1/2 hours on one of our days there and to us it was no big deal. We decided that we wanted to stay an extra day and would pay for the day at the going rate. However the owner felt bad that we had to stay at the house so the cable company could fix the internet/cable problem, and decided to comp us the extra day. This was totally unexpected and unsolicited by our family and made me feel appreciative. I would stay here again, but bring more people!
