lovely apartment, nicely decorated and equipped,good location. the main sites were all within walking distance. the interaction with the owner before, during and after our stay was great - prompt, helpful and friendly!
if we would have dined in the apartment, the space available would have made it difficult to comfortably eat together for more than 2 people.

Apartment was spacious
Electricity was awful, check in experience was very bad and stressfull. We were losing electricity every 20 min because we turned on 2 of 4 AC . Also with 2 ac with couldn't turn washing machine on or microwave..very bad experience, we almost couldn't use this facility.

The bathrooms and rooms were clean and tidy, the location is walking distance from good restaurants and Setas de Seville. Its very nice apartment.
The host was so helpful and accommodating for our needs. He’s quick and easy to communicate with and very kind.

We appreciated all the friendly, clear and serious instructions the host (Abraham) sent to us before arrival. Abraham is a friendly and correct host, and reacted quickly to our questions. The appartment is beautifully decorated, with great taste, very well maintained. It looked and it was really clean. All facilities we used worked well and we were very happy with the structure of the appartment. The appartment is located in a great place, close to a supermarket, restaurants, and the city centre is very easy to reach on foot. The beds were great and the place keeps cool even during very hot days (38-40 degrees C outside). The key was easy to get. Thanks, Abraham! :-)

Apartment is very clean, modern & stylish with everything you need absolutely perfect,
Within walking distance to all the tourist attractions of Seville,
Bars & restaurants just a 2 minute walk,
Supermarket at end of the road,
Also the Free parking included is a brilliant plus as parking is not easy to find in the city,
Abraham's directions and information were great made the trip very stress free,
Would definitely recommend this apartment.

The owner was happy to help with every request and even contacted us to advise we had left some belongings behind after checking out!
