The location is perfect for us to go to northstar ski resort and lake tahoe. Only a 4 min drive to safeway.

This house has 2 comfortable beds on ground level where the townhouse stayed cool ( there is no AC)water pressure was good. Location-5 min from kings beach main strip and beach. Safeway is 5 mins away too.

Terrible for small children. This is a 3 story townhouse. We stayed in Aug 2021. The living area is on the 2nd floor where there isn’t any windows that open other than the sliding door that leads to a balcony which is unsafe for small children. The banisters are wide enough for my 2 and 7 year old can fit through easily. The indoor banisters that lead to the stairs are also wide enough for my 2 year old to fit through. With there being no AC it was miserable having the sliding door open to get air, and constantly wrangling my toddler from going on the patio. There was blood stains on sheets, and pillows on the second floor bedroom. The complex is full of RULES. You can hear your neighbors through the walls. If people are in the living room and your sleeping in the master it’s extremely loud. The kitchen sink leaks. I recommend this house for a group of young guys who come up to snowboard/ski in the winter, basically come back to the house to sleep only. This property was way over priced. I will never stay here again!

Overall our stay was good though. Thank you for having everything else we would have needed. Kitchen had all the amenties. The house was clean and otherwise cozy.

Fireplace didn't work...out of order. Had to replace batteries in thermostat. Would have been nice to know oven didn't function.

The beds were super comfy. The location was great, nice and quiet with easy access to town. Lovely view of the forest at the back. Had all the amenities. A super cozy sitting area. Really did enjoy a nice little break here.

It could have been a bit cleaner. It was hotel levels of clean which was managable, just not what I expected from a vacation home. Way too many spider webs etc in the corners and my partner woke up to a spider on his leg, but nothing that cant be easily fixed with a good clean.

Comfort all around and felt like home! Amazing. I would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Honestly it was a great experience and I have zero complaints.
