Host was excellent, very kind, on time, answered questions. The bed and cot where very comfortable and location is excellent!
Main issue was the apartment was not very clean, and hot water in kitchen was temperamental. The cleanliness is an easy fix, and for the hot water in the kitchen it won’t matter if the guests are not cooking much etc. Unfortunately for me both mattered as I was with a small child.

Excellent location with the old town and Riva around the corner, walking distance from Marine (if you want to visit the islands), plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, parking space (for a fee), helpfull host

It's a wonderful, bright and spotlessly clean apartment right in the old town of Split.
Dozens of restaurants, cafés, bars, supermarket, etc. are just downstairs. Even the railway station is within walking distance.
The host is very nice, attentive and helpful with any requests. We've also received recommendations with map, for sights, restaurants, bars, museums, etc.
It's the perfect choice, it could not be any better ;)

The location is fantastic! Step out of the door and immediately step in to Splits old town!

Location is really great! In a charming neighborhood very close to the Riva and old town. Clean and spacious appartment with a parking spot and elevator.
The views from the apartment are moderate and no balcony or outside space. But not a big deal because you have multiple terraces right outside.

The apartment was just an excellent place to stay in Split! The host was active in sending information and helping with parking. She was personaly meeting us at arrival and introduced the apartment. There was an elevator so it was easy to go to the apartment even with big luggage.
The location of the apartment was perfect. There were nice restaurants and a small supermarket just nearby.
The apartment was huge with a big living room with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a toilet. The apartment was fully equipped and exceptionally clean. There was nothing missing. 10+

Appartment was perfectly situated in a quiet street just off the vibrant and bustling town and marina of Split.
The Appartment was extremely spacious and comfortable.
Our host Ivana was great & very welcoming and went above and beyond to help with anything we needed during our stay.. even arriving to the door within 15 minutes after I stupidly locked myself out of the Appartment 🙈
Also as a wheelchair user I found the appartment very accesible.

Modern spacious air conditioned apartment with parking. In a good 'easy to reach' location both from the ring road and for talking into town. Rooms nice and quiet.

The apartment was clean, spacious and well equipped.
There was terrible noise from a party on the floor above that lasted all of our first night. The owner sent someone around to speak to the people above and the second night was quieter. The owner admitted that this is a regular occurrence. Apparently the police have had to be called out in the past.

air conditioning…. you need it in summer. all modern facilities and a guest toilet is great for having friends visit. The location is ideal. restaurants outside the front door and a small affordable supermarket for eating at home.
from the airport take Bus 37 for 17Kuna to split and it’s a 20 min walk to the apartment.

it was sometimes hard to contact the host via the Booking app. Also the phone number provided by booking was not working ,appartently it didnt exists. So before the arrival we were strugguling a lot to contact them.

The apt, location, and cleanliness. The place is sparling and very comfortable. The location is perfect. The apt manager met us at the apt which is nice. There is parking for a fee, but nice to get car off thr road.

You will find everything you need and more. The apartment is cozy, spacious, clean and has a lot of amenities. I was working remotely and the internet was great.

Dinara was so nice weloming us and explaining everything, so we felt at home from the very start. The apartment is just perfect for a city apartment. Comfortable for a couple, in the mittle of the town, even a garage direct in the house for 15 Euros per night was bookable. They had extra towels and a fully equipted kitchen. Nice wine bar directly under the apartment and a lots of tasty Restaurants literally just around the corner. We would always come back when visiting Split. Thanks for everything.

Spacious flat with all convenience and equipment (except wooden utensils to cook, steer in pots, nor kitchen knives) at great location, well maintained and clean.

The location is excellent!! Very comfortable & clean. We were met upon arrival by Darina and it was a pleasure to deal with Darina throughout our booking!! We would definitely recommend this apartment to our family, friends and any traveller!!

Great location, Stradun is in one minute walk, the host was nice, and helpful. The apartment was well equipped. It had elevator and parking what made life more easy for travelers. Around apartment there are nice restaurants and bars.
The bed was uncomfortable. It was double bad for couples but it was consisted of two separated mattresses with a gap in the middle. It was a little noisy from the street the but sound isolation was good when windows are closed.
