Great house and met the requirements of our family catch-up perfectly!

Our 2 day stay was very good. When we entered the property it was very musty and damp we opened all the doors and put the fans on for a while to try and clear it out.
10mins before we were about to leave the owner popped over to see if we had already left even thou we didn’t have to leave until 10am. I then felt rushed and didn’t think it was necessary for the owner to come before our check out time.

The actual house was fine, they supplied all that was needed plus a few extras. Clean, tidy and as shown on advert page. Thank you Susie’s, perhaps one negative and that was the host’s tone within his communication. Not very warm and felt rushed at checkout and unwanted but felt we were very respectful with the home and easy guests.

Extremely clean. They had everything you could need. From kitchen to bathroom.
We brought all our own cleaning and bathroom products, but this was supplied if you hadn’t had the chance to grab any of the essentials. They even supplied plastic cups,plates and cutlery for little ones. Close to everything. It was a little hot at times with out aircon.

Perfect location for access to back creek or the beach and an easy walk to the pub! House and yard always in great condition and the owners genuinely interested in accommodating their guests.

Beds are very comfortable, house is well equipped and comfortable. Would be great if it had Airconditioning also the step at the back door is a big step down and and big step up into the laundry, but that was noted before booking. The neighbours are a bit noisy but I would still stay here again.

Stay was comfortable with plenty of room for 6 adults. Weather was average so a nice big common area and great lounge came in handy. Nice easy walk into main eating and shopping area of SWR. Would recommend.

Excellent Place to Stay
The property was very clean and well resourced - they had thought of everything you might need for a short term stay. I was very glad to see the heaters, especially since the weather was so cold and wet. The position of the property was close to everything we needed. I would definitely recommend it to everyone and will try to book it again myself.

A lovely stay
We had a fabulous stay in this well equipped and comfortable home. Close to everything, clean and fresh. Communicating with hosts was efficient and easy. The drive and front was quite wet and boggy -however everywhere is atm. Parking on the street wasn’t a problem.

Family catch up at South awest Rocks.
It was a nice comfortable stay, beds were comfortable. Owners should invest in a new driveway though, it was a little messy after all the wet weather.

Serendipidy in south west rocks
The property was charming, as well as very clean and comfortable with lots of space to just relax and enjoy. The pantry was well stocked with extras. The property was only a short walk to all 3 local beaches as well as a couple of great cafes for breakfast.

Perfect Location!
Great location and quick access to Back Creek, the beach or shops.
The walk to the pub is just long enough to earn that first beer!
House is really well maintained and accommodates our family of five perfectly.
January 2023 will be our third year in a row staying there so it's a YES from me!

Susie’s house is a lovely house which is clean, great amenities and comfortable beds. Great place to stay while in South West Rocks.

What a great house!
Centrally located and within easy walking distance to the creek, beaches, shops and eateries. A little traffic noise during the day but quiet when it’s needed. Very spacious, well equipped and clean property. Super comfortable beds and lounge room furniture. All in all a very pleasant stay. Will return to Susie’s in the future!

Great Location!!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a wet week although the house is spacious enough for a family with 3 teenagers. House is well equipped and close enough to walk to the beach, creek and shops.

Check-in was a breeze and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
We were very impressed with the presentation of the home which is conveniently located close to shops and the beach. The kitchen was well equipped with all the required utensils and amazingly the BBQ had gas, was clean and easy to ignite, which has not always been our experience with holiday rentals on the Mid-North Coast. Being able to secure our vehicle off-street was another bonus. We would certainly stay at Susie's Beach House again in the future.

Great communication and flexibility
We had to change booking at last minute and the communication was great and we appreciated the flexibility

We had a 3 night stay for a golfing event at SWR and and a bedroom each and centrally situated
Property was very clean and had everything there one required so we were very happy. As I am over 75 the stairs were a little hard to negotiate with a suitcase and didn't try to put car in garage as not much room. Overally was great.
