Kamer was erg stoffig! Ben helemaal ziek er van geworden omdat k zelf astma heb. Het moest een leuke dag worden maar helaas door zoveel stof erg ziek geworden en naar huis gegaan. Via Booking.com heb k geboekt, bleek dat k nog extra moest betalen in het hotel(snap nog steeds niet waarom)

Die Lage ist genial

Die Krümel vom Vorgänger lagen noch auf dem Boden. Staub auf der Ablage. Wir haben das teurere neue Zimmer gebucht, da erwartet man dass es wenigstens sauber ist!

Personeel heel vriendelijk. Buffet restaurant heel uitgebreid en goed. Hotel met theater is heel gemakkelijk en leuke ervaring.

Kamer was nieuw. Er lag geen info map. Bediending van licht was nauwelijks te vinden omdat alles (wanden en schakelaars) in zwart waren uitgevoerd. Parkeergarage ligt tegen hotel aan. Op zich mooie garage met voldoende plaatsen maar op- en afritten naar etages heel smal.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Das Zimmer war gut, wenn auch sehr veraltet. Außerdem war durch schlecht schließende Fenster viel Aussenlärm zu hören. Ferner war die Lage des Zimmers mit direktem Ausblick auf das Parkhaus wenig erfreulich. Die Lage des Hotels im Ort ist sehr gut.

Lt. Booking ist das Haus hundefreundlich. Diese Erkenntnis hatten wir bereits vor einem Jahr gewonnen. Dieses Jahr buchten wir wie immer mit der Angabe "wir reisen mit einem kleinen Hund". Vom Hotel erhileten wir die Bestätigung für 25,00 € sei unser Hund willkommen. Bei Ankunft teilte man uns mit, dass im Hotel keine Hunde mehr erlaubt seien und man debattierte mit der GL. ca. 15 Minuten. Danach erlaubte man uns gnädigst für eine Nacht zu bleiben. Möglicherweise erhielten wir auf Grund dessen dieses nicht schön gelegene Zimmer. Morgens um 7,15 Uhr begannen die Bauarbeiten und die Nacht war für uns vorbei.

Niks, alles was goed

L accueil était parfait, le personnel est très aimable et professionnel, nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Rien, en revanche nous y reviendrons encore et encore. Nous avons trop trop kiffé l hôtel van der valk roermond.

1. Walking distance from the train station - approx 3 to 5 min walk 2. Clean & spacious room (incl bathroom) - the room has a balcony with a nice view. 3. There is a vending machine near the reception which sells drinks, snacks and toiletries (e.g. toothbrush & toothpaste)

1. The hotel has charged my card the full amount of hotel accommodation fee on the date of check-in before my arrival, but the receptionist still asked me to settle the hotel fee when checking-in. I told her that the hotel has charged my card already and asked her to check, otherwise I would have double paid for the hotel fee. 2. I stayed for three nights, however the access card didnt work on the second day. I went to the reception and that receptionist seemed immediately knew it's her colleague who has set the access right for one day only and she rectified the access right for me. 3. The hotel is currently under renovation and would hear some noise during the day time. (Didnt hear any noise when staying there during the long weekend in late May 2023.) 4. I was told by the receptionist during check-in that the breakfast buffet will last till 1200 (actually till 1030 only as told by staff in breakfast room), and had to tell the receptionist the time of going to the breakfast room in advance when checking in.

location is great, breakfast is outstanding, new rooms are very nice and functional with the most amazing shower

they are doing construction so there are some inconveniences but I am sure all will be amazing once done

Restaurant was perfect

The location and the food. One of the staff were very kind to us during breakfast. We had two kids and she gave us a drawing book and coloring pencils. she even offer my son hot chocolate. it was really sweet.

it’s an old hotel so the interiors are dated, the room was a little bit cold

Breakfast could have been better in terms of choice and quality. Also the picture of the room while making the booking shows a nice beautiful modern room with the modern amenities. However we were given a room with old style furniture and bed, not exactly what we had expected. So we were quite disappointed.

nothing it was very bad experation the room very cold and they make me pay 22€. for the parking. if this is the posplety they must tell me. abut that but i was suprise. next day to pay 22€ for the parking i dindt heard in my life must pay parking in hotel

The location and free parking. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was great. Fantastic views from room.

The room decor was tired and in need of updating and understand there is ongoing work being done to update the hotel.
