Air con was difficult to change the temperature and took ages for new temperature. Parking charges were extortionate, would have expected parking to be included

The whole hotel was really clean and lovely. The staff friendly & helpful, close to everything you need. House keeping did a lovely job every morning, bar was great, all in all a fantastic place.

This is my only negative. The room was far too hot 🥵 even with the air con turned off/cool it was still too hot, had the door/window open, still too hot so sadly I didn’t sleep very well.

Lage, Ausstattung, Frühstück

Perfect location and convenience. The breakfast was delicious, and no waiting for any food item. The room was very well laid out, lots of space, and the shower had excellent temperature and water pressure.

Am Frühstücksbuffet besprachen Mitarbeiter wie schlecht ihre Arbeitskollegen die Arbeit erledigen.Leider gut hörbar und ohne Pause. Ich wies darauf hin, dass solche Gespräche stören und unangebracht sind.

Schönes Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal, die Lage zum Nürburgring ist perfekt.

Die Preise sind zu hoch gemessen an der gebotenen Leistung. Parkgebühr für Tiefgarage und Aussenparkplatz völlig überhöht. Das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich, da kann man bei dem Preis mehr erwarten.

Perfekt beim Haupteingang zur Rennstrecke Nürburgring gelegen. Unsere Suite hat alles geboten, was wir uns erhofft haben. Alles wunderbar sauber und bestechend beim Konzept! An der hoteleigenen Bar wurden Drinks von ausgesprochen freundlichem Personal serviert die qualitativ ihresgleichen suchen! Das Frühstücksbuffet konnte allen Wünschen (auch den gehobenen) gerecht werden!

Zutritt zum hoteleigenen Parkplatz durchs Restaurant ist nicht ideal. Die Rezeption scheint nicht sehr (sattelfest) zu sein, so müssen persönliche Angaben wiederholt angegeben werden und unsere Zimmerkarten wurden einen Tag zu früh deaktiviert!

Staff incredibly rude, breakfast was cold, room was damaged

The location of the Lindner Hotel could not be beat. We were there to participate in the Rad am Ring 24 hour bicycle race, and the hotel was just a short trip to our base on the track. The breakfast buffet was superb!

There is very little space to check in at the front door with your vehicle to offload luggage. One car blocks the entire front entrance.

noise from the road next to the hotel was quite loud if you had the door open and could be heard through the windows when closed, but not too disturbing given the location - you would expect traffic noise. parking is expensive

Everything was great until the steam room didn't work. Location is great, stay was great, food was great. TF entrance is like 5 mins drive, you're walking distance from the GP track paddoc entrance.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel, was for the sauna and steam room. The steam room didn't work, after a call to receiption, I just got a "it's out of order", but no sign in the wellness area, no one to switch it on, or ETA until it's fixed or anything. After a whole day out on track, all I wanted was to steam it out and unwind... Oh and parking isn't included in the price.
