Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort und sind wieder überaus begeistert von dem Hotel! Einfach ein perfekter Kurzurlaub! Es passt alles! Konnten spontan und unkompliziert eine Nacht dazu buchen! Die Junior Suite mit Meerblick ist einfach ein Traum! Wenn Kühlungsborn, dann meergut Hotels!

Da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln!

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet ebenso wie das Servicepersonal beim Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, direkt am Meer ohne eine Promenade dazwischen. Die Zimmer sind hervorragend ausgestattet.

Das Wlan war ziemlich langsam. Die Zimmerreinigung hat noch Luft nach oben. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass das Personal der Reinigung noch eingearbeitet wird.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und das Personal super freundlich und aufmerksam. Auf der Terrasse des Hotels kann man sich ein leckeres Frühstück direkt am Meer gönnen. Auf dem Zimmer werden wichtige Informationen über ein Tablett zur Verfügung gestellt. Darüber ist die Kommunikation mit der Rezeption möglich sowie das Abbestellen der Reinigung, falls keine tägliche Reinigung gewünscht ist. Eine sehr entspannte Atmosphäre. Der nächste Urlaub hier ist schon geplant.

Es könnte eine größere Obstauswahl am Frühstücks-Buffet geben, finde ich. Das ist auch der einzige Kritikpunkt, den wir während unserer 3 Nächte dort feststellen konnten.

I loved the style, location, comfort, view from my room. SPA was also very nice. The mattress and pillows extremely comfortable. I loved the helpfulness of the personal. Everything was just great!

Nothing at all

The entire trip was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is amazing, high quality food, the staff extremely friendly.

the Spa & Wellness area is rather small and only offers Sauna. Understand, however, that a pool will be opened soon.

Great value for the money! The room was ultra-quiet, nice furniture in a good condition. A rich breakfast in a perfect environment, with a very nice view to the beach right in front of the terrace. Lots of friendly faces in the hotel made us feel other guests were as happy about this location as we were. Very helpful and friendly staff made this a perfect stay!

The bed was a little too soft for me, personally. The smoke detector apparently was out for service, leaving an empty bracket on the ceiling. Our room was facing to the East, so the hot summer sun was warming up the room pretty quickly. But this made us go to the breakfast room sooner, which was not a bad decision at all.

not enough amenities at the suite. just 2 towels, we had to ask for robes which you normally get in a suite.

really nothing

Beautiful sea view if one has one of the apartments with a balcony out to the sea side, location could truly not be better as it is directly on the sea. Also a lovely old building. Good breakfast buffet.

The service in the room could have been better....no opportunity to make tea, coffee capsules not always replaced, only one bathrobe which then vanished during our stay so we had none left. Also, what the restaurant advertises as bouillabaise is really a standard and rather boring (clear) German fish soup and should be relabelled accordingly.

This hotel has a fantastic view. It is directly on the beach. The breakfast was fantastic and catered for those that do not eat meat or dairy. I will definitely be staying again.

Considering we visited out of season - the stay was more expensive than expected.

Everything went well for us: location, breakfast, the room, especially with the balcony and seaside view.

Some dust is still on the table and the coffee machine. The breakfast menu maybe can be made varied each day.
