Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig.
Waschraum ist sehr beengt. Ablüfter außer Funktion.

Die Unterkunft ist zentrumsnah und gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen. Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war hochwertig und lecker mit einer guten Auswahl.

Unfreundlich, keine Infos zum Check In und Anreise (und das an einem Anreisetag, an dem die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist...).
Altes + in die Jahre gekommenes Haus, wirkt ungepflegt, muffig, ohne notwendige Mindest -"refurbishments" im Haus und in der Ausstattung, welche bei dem dafür angesetzten stolzen Preis (ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist nicht teurer!) wirklich erwartet werden dürften. Die Betreiber scheinen noch IN bzw. VON früheren Zeiten zu leben.
Dazu kommt: Booking.com ist dort nicht beliebt - das wird einem offen gezeigt. Vielleicht sollte der Betreiber daher einfach seine Geschäftspolitik überdenken - und nicht den eigenen Frust darüber die Gäste spüren lassen!
Herzlicher und gästeorientierter Service? Wir haben den dort wirklich nicht gefunden!

Good breakfadt and freindly staff. An independent bathroom in the room. Very close to the Zoo in 10 minutes walk. Bus 128 and 134 arrive at central Train Station in 15 minutes.
No check in for whole day. Need to call hotel staff to get key when arrive.

Great location, near the park. Very clean room and sheets. Easy check in. Breakfast had a lot of variety.
Maybe not bad but just odd that there was a shower and sink in the bedroom but no toilet. I was expecting the toilet and bathroom to be outside. There was no fridge.

Location: The location is great, right next to the zoo.
Parking: Although the hotel doesn't have a private parking lot but one can park for free in front of it.
Breakfast: The breakfast offers decent choices, one can see that they put some thoughts in it.
Room: Clean bed and bedsheets.
Internet: The WiFi is slow.
Bathroom: Some parts in the bathroom are not cleaned, especially the window and the rim of the shower. Shower gel/shampoo is provided, however in individual packages and the packaging was very old already.
Room: Kettle is not available in the room although it should be according to the room description. Very few sockets.
Reception: The receptionist doesn't have a good overview of which rooms have been paid. Breakfast: There was hairs and dust on one of the bread rolls we took from the breakfast buffet, although the mistake can come from the bakery, hotel's quality control should be improved.

The location is good. Very nice environment, without noise.

Good location just outside the main part of the city, near a lovely park. Very quiet, plentiful (free) street parking. Nice breakfast and pleasant staff.
The room was not as clean as it should have been (dust on the bedside tables and lamps, and the shower needed closer inspection by the cleaners). Other than that it was as advertised. Basic amenities and good value for money.

A small hotel near the train station. It is located in a nice and quiet area

Good value for money. Great breakfast. Walking distance (less than 15mins) to main station (or there is a bus stop just outside the hotel).
Reception closes early (4pm on weekend), you can call them for keys and questions after this though.

Nice location if you are travelling through. Large park / wood very close. OK breakfast. Convenient parking opposite entrance
Interesting to get your key by a code at the door, No staff available other than telephone. There were some restaurants relatively close but you have to drive or walk for 20 min + to come to some sort of center

Great value for money, you cannot ask for more for these prices, it is a real bargain. I also liked that there were a lot of free parking spots in front of the hotel.
Communication could have been better. Even though the hotel page says that they speak English, they responded to my message in German. Also the chat says they generally reply within 24 hours, but they didn't reply to a message I sent on Wednesday and resent on Friday for my stay on Saturday.

Clean, good location, good room layout, excellent shower, good wi-fi
Towels were rough. Though breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30 am, at 8:45 am the hotel had ran out of orange juice, and several items in the breakfast buffet and no real effort was made to replenish the missing items
Service was very impersonal
