The apartment was quite big and it was also very clean. The pool was nice, although it was still a bit too cold for us to go in. The location was great as a starting point for day trips around the island and a nice beach is also a short stroll away. There are also many restaurants, bars and cafes and even a couple grocery stores in the immediate vicinity.

The parking was a mess - it is way too small and oftentimes people would park in such a way that 2 cars took up 3 parking spots. A staff member should check every now and then to alert people to park properly. We had a small car and could only use the parking on two occasions as it was otherwise always full. There was also a fire alarm that got triggered in the middle of the night (at like 2:30 AM) once. It was on for a couple of minutes, then suddenly stopped. When we asked the reception what's going on, they just said "oh, an error in the fire alarm". The stove was in quite a poor condition - it took forever to boil water. Luckily there are many good dining options nearby, but if you expect to cook, it might be quite inconvenient. The wifi was quite poor. The floors have tiles and the wooden chairs that get dragged on the floor are really noisy. We were awoken every day by the guests above us who were early risers and understandably used the kitchen chairs. This is something that could easily (and cheaply) be fixed by just putting some rubber on the legs of the chairs. There were also roosters crowing every morning just outside of the hotel. If you're a light sleeper and don't want to wake at the crack of dawn or whenever the guests above you wake up, make sure you wear some ear plugs.

The area (garden) is full with Roosters (male chickens). Incredible noise, Impossible to sleep at night. Luckily there was a possibility that they moved us to another park of the same company.

Peaceful, quiet, clean, great staff

1. early morning wake up by a cock. Between 4:30-5am a cock in the garden the cock started crowing. Not an ideal time to wake up on a holiday 2. The last few days we got a smoking guest below our balcony- this made it much less enjoyable to stay on our balcony. Also at night the smoke could be felt in our room through the open balcony door. It would be nice to separate smokers and non smokers.

Great pool. pool bar a little expensive for ice creams. Room ok. Ask for a pool view if that's important (we faced the road) Reception were very helpful. A short 3-5 minute walk from 2 great beaches. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep! Cleaners were great.

Decor a bit tired. Ice creams on site expensive. Quite a distance from the airport so a taxi was £70 each way.

Many facilities indoor and outdoor pool..bar..garden..cats and some chickens(waking u up in the morning 🥰🥰lovely)in the garden..my daughter loved the animals from there..🥰🥰you can go to all their facilities from all their other locations for free(they have like 6hotels in the areas with nice activities and nice views in every one of them..they have shows for the kids😍we had a great time and perfect for families..all the shops very close ..good restaurants..the sea very close(6min walk)I would recommend this place ❤️❤️

I didn’t like that we had 2singles beds instead of a big one..as we had our baby sleeping with us

Azul Garden being part of the Inturotel chain, and gaining access to all facilities. Largest pool within the family. Parking behind a barrier that operates by room access card. Great access to independent restaurants at short distance. Sandy beach nearby. Kindness and helpful staff.

Overall the apartments look a bit dated, and a full refurbishment would provide a much better experience.

Big Pool and Cala Dór is an absolutely beautiful place. A shot stroll to a couple of beaches. Restaurants just outside the complex.

Rooms are very dated. Furnitures even worse. The view from our room was very boring. A room overlooking the Pool would have been more pleasant.

Excellent place to stay for a holiday. Close to various beaches and with a big swimming pool.

From our balcony you could look straight onto the balcony of our neighbours. This does not give so much privacy. But the location of our apartment was super, with a great view!

Dated rooms.

Some reviews have said that the rooms are a little dated but they had everything you need and the beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever slept in. We have a £1,600 matress at home and these beds were even better. Staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Location to beaches, shops and restaurants was perfect. The hotel is clean and the breakfast gave plenty of choice. We loved it so much we are going to come back as soon as we can.

First floor apts are very chill and humid, easy to get cold

The location was perfect for easy access to the beach and only a short walk to Cala d'Or center. The apartment and complex in general were spotlessly clean and the facilities were great. It is the perfect spot for families. It has a great kids pool and is quiet enough for those travelling with small children. We had a pool view room which was lovely. We will definitely return!

Only a minor thing but food and drinks at the poolside bar were expensive for the type of property. But I guess it's all about convenience!
