The pool was out of order, the thermostat did not work in our room, some fixtures were loose on the wall. The website said breakfast included and there was none. And the bar was closed due to staffing. Will not go back. I want a refund

Really just wanted a relaxing night in the hot tub but the water was colder than the pool even. Very disappointed!

The staff was AMAZING! They were able to make great recommendations on local spots. The cleaning team did a great job. Everyone was accommodating - no questions was to small or too big for them. THANKS FOR HAVING SUCH AN AMAZING STAFF!!

Several things, sadly. No breakfast, no bar, no hot tub- all out of order or not operable without discount given. Charged for parking without being told. Tried checking in 3 times and room/suite not cleaned from previous guest- called in advance to check in 45 min early, had to call 3 times before anyone answered phone. Then couldnt check in early, couldn’t even check in ON TIME- had to go do something for hours before getting into room. Staff very nice though. Then room had dirty plunger in bath, and smelled like pee too. There was zero shampoo in room so had to call front desk. No breakfast food offered or bar like promoted online when booked. Very disappointed. Usually not the case with marriott but our experience was awful.

Hot Tub was Closed. Kitchen was closed. I wish I would have been notified of the limited services and the kitchen being closed before check in so I could have better prepared for my trip.

Location

The hotel had no Vacuums for staff to use. I know because our floor and furniture had food on it upon checking in and when I asked housekeeping why they were sweeping instead of vacuuming, that's what I was told. The same paper and dust bunnies were on the floor the whole time we were there. My husband asked for our room to be changed because we were at the very end of the hall and the door looked like it had been broken into. On the bright side they have very comfortable beds and the location can't be beat.
