Hello: I will be booking again. The only downfall was the landscaping wasn't done, inside of kitchen cabinets were dirty, beach wasn't close as advertised & oven needed to be cleaned. Otherwise property was amazing! Manager was great!

The owners were terrific. Very responsive. The unit was described as having three bedrooms which was technically correct. However, one of the bedrooms was located in the cabana - no bathroom. So we had to go outside to the main building. It worked OK for us but a little bit of a surprise when we first got there.

The house is awesome, our second time booking this house, everything we need is already there, we just show up with our clothes.

We had a wonderful time staying in coco beach the house was just perfect for our vacation it had everything you could possibly need.The location was also great just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will definitely be returning.

My family had a wonderful time. Michelle was very responsive and during this very trying time made us comfortable being nearly 2000 miles from home. The home was spacious for our family of 6. The home was equipped with everything we needed.

We've been renting from Home-Away for over 10 years and this rental has been one of our favorites so far! All the comforts of home and them some. Centrally located to everything. A short walk to a quiet beach and a beautiful private outdoor pool to enjoy as well. Local contact Michelle was available to answer any and all questions we had during our stay which was a super helpful touch! We would definitely book this property again!

We LOVED our stay at the Jellyfish cottage. The house is really well furnished—with just about anything you’d need. The owner is easy to contact should you have any issues—-which we did not have. The pool was cold but the owner is putting a heater in this year. We would absolutely stay here again.

It is in a great location. Close to ocean and not to far from attractions! Port Canaveral has some awesome restaurants! House had everything you needed and my kids loved just staying there! The pool was fantastic and the beds were cozy and she had everything you needed to bring to the beach. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend it!!

The Jellyfish cottage is exactly what I think of when I think of a beach house. From the moment you walk in the door it feels like home. Everything you can think of is provided for you. We all loved how people would leave extras of stuff and we did the same. They truly have thought of everything. All of the beds were comfortable and the outside area is great. The pool was a great way to cool off. The walk to the beach is short and the neighbors that we met were very friendly. There were 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog in our group and we all had enough space. The jellyfish is where we will be staying anytime we come to the area. Michelle from evolve was our contact and she was amazing. We didn’t have any issues but anytime I asked her a question, she was quick to respond. Thanks again for such a great vacation!!!

The house was perfect, it was stocked with towels, and tons of beach gear. Very clean and beautifully decorated.

My family was scheduled to stay at the Jellyfish property right in the middle of Hurricane Dorian. Michelle reaches out to me directly, and helped me so much in our decision making about travel plans, and I cannot day enough about how lovely she was and what care she had for our family! She has been incredibly responsive and flexible. She is just a gem. We are completely devastated not to be able to come, but we will definitely try to reschedule a trip down here soon!

This property was an amazing choice! The decor was great, it was very well stocked, anything that was needed was available!! The short walk to the beach was an added bonus!! We had plenty of room, even with staying with 2 other families!! The Brooks family would definitely recommend and stay here again!! We were a familly with young kids and a baby. This place was perfect for us with the beach and pool. House was clean and more equiped than we tought. Everything was there for the beach and in the house. We even saw a space rocket launch. We will come back for sure.

The house was everything it said it was going to be and more. The contact person for the house was inviting and easy to communicate with. She even was updating us on local activities. Was a great location, easy walk to the beach, and quiet neighbors.

This house has everything. Close to everything and private enough for a relaxing vacation. All TVs have roku's so you can easily sign in to your streaming services. SO many beach and pool accessories no need to bring anything. Would stay here again.

This is an absolute must stay if you are coming to the area. Fantastic options, perfect location to everything and couldn’t have any better options. All of the little extras that were unexpected were greatly appreciated - bug spray, sunscreens, assorted toiletries, etc. were as good as any 5-star resort! The kitchen is fully stocked with spices so unless you spice out of the ordinary (we do) you will be good to go. There are an assortment of condiments and alcohols that were left from previous vacationers was appreciated and saved us the cost of buying the staples. We loved the fact that there was a kettle to heat water because we are coffee snobs (we did bring our own French press to make coffee) and will not use a coffee pot or a keurig (but they have them!!). Normal vacationers will literally need to bring NOTHING. We skimmed the pool each day of leaves and treated this like we would our own house - we appreciated their efforts to make this a home away from home. We don’t have any little ones (children) but they’ve thought of them too! There is a high chair and a stroller and kids toys, games, and puzzles in the house and in the shed with the rest of the pool toys. We will absolutely stay here again and we will recommend all of our friends do the same. Thanks so much to Michelle and Nate for the use of their beautiful beach home!!!

This beautiful home was beyond our expectations which were running high after seeing the pictures and reading the description and all the amenities of The Jellyfish, truly exceptional! We plan on coming back when it is warmer so we can swim in the beautiful pool.

We recently stayed at this rental house for a week. The house was very clean and fully stocked with all amenities imaginable. Michelle was very responsive to our needs and questions. The cable did not work due to a thunder storm right before our stay that knocked out the box, and the pool was cool due to a cold snap the week prior. Overall however, we did enjoy our stay at the Jellyfish!

We had a lovely time here in this home. Our twin toddlers loved the jellyfish theme and we loved the clean, inviting atmosphere. Our stay was chilly (January), which meant that we had a few extra visitors indoors (but hey, it's FL) and the owners responded quickly. We also didn't get to use all the fun outdoor items - pool, grill, bikes, firepit, etc. - because the wind and cold made it unsafe. Had some TV issues and would love some additional window coverings on the first floor bedroom, but all in all, a great stay.

A wonderful house, with everything you could possibly need and more. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants and the cruise ships. We could just stay forever!

Stayed over Xmas and we arrived to a beautifully decorated tree and mantle! Used the bikes and beach chairs daily. Had a wonderful holiday!

Loved the upstairs shower, unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool, the washer and dryer was a big help, was very happy with all the pots, pans, plates, cups and what not in the kitchen, it was so nice having a bunch of clean towels all the time, and it was very clean. If I make it down to florida again, i will most definitely be giving you a call to rent that house😊
