Everything was clean. They front desk was very friendly.

Had trouble with cable, someone came out to fix it but it still with out the same day.

Everything was clean with the exception of the bed sheets, they had stains but that was minor problem

Property was nice, nothing that I didn’t like

The plumbing in the master bathroom was obviously clogged in the shower and toilet. It almost backed up on us. The roster did not work either. Other than those things it was nice.

This particular room had a nice view of the pool.

This “condo” is on a resort property, however, it is simply the master bedroom to an adjoining condo. It is nothing more than a basic hotel room with a misleading price that is jacked up by resort fees. There is no kitchen, only a mini fridge and microwave, you must use the bathroom’s sink. On our arrival, there was food all over the floor and brown sticky stuff on the bed as well as a broken wine glass in the cabinet. Because this is room is a part of a larger condo, separated by a basic adjoining room door, you can hear every single noise from the other side of the wall, not only are the guests loud, the cleaning staff at check out are lout too, but noise doesn’t bother me. The balcony and the view from the balcony was very pretty, however due to the position of the balcony, the wall blocks all of the breeze, even though you can see it blowing the beautiful palm trees right in front of you. The room offers no WiFi, despite providing you with WiFi info (it was never available even after reporting the issue and troubleshooting ourselves) and the cell service is almost not existent. The pool is a perfect size and depth, with plenty of seating and umbrellas for everyone, and also has a nice hot tub and a clean bathroom. There are two gas grills right by the pool that are also convenient. I was ultimately charged double the list price for “resort fees” but had access to none of the resort amenities. There is no ice machine, no laundry access, and the beach is a solid ten minute walk from this building. There is a shuttle but the one time we requested it, it never came. The beach is crowded but does offer chair services and you can still find a good spot for your own personal chairs and umbrella if you choose to bring your own The resort next door is strict about not being on their private beach so if you don’t pay for the beach serviced then you won’t be on the first row near the water.

Close to the beach ,bar ,and pool . Clean felt comfortable. Loved our stay there ! Everyone was so nice and accommodating!

There was a leak in the sprayer in the kitchen sink . There was a tear in the main bathroom curtain . And could have had more garbage bags on hand .

We loved the beach furniture and decor! Great storage and space for our family of four! All updated appliances. Everyone was super nice and helpful!Enjoyed the ocean views and plenty of amenities on site! We walked to the beach, but they do have a tram service to use if you choose to do so.

No biggies for us, but the walk-out door from master bedroom to balcony was deadbolted shut so we weren't able to access the balcony from there. There also was not a garbage can in the master bedroom or the living room. I didn't like having so many area rugs but that's a personal preference.

The location. Near the beach. Clean. Friendly staff.

The wall was so thin in between us and the neighbors all we heard was a baby crying our entire trip. We could hear them cooking their food and talking and it was not relaxing like it should have been and it was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in! The location was beautiful though!

Property was above expectations. Loved how clean it was, and how close it was to the beach!

Needs a bigger TV. Small thing, we were there for the beach, not to watch TV. But it’s definitely nice to have a big TV to watch and relax at night. 😜

We were on the first floor close to the pool and hot tub. The ride to and from the beach was nice.

Beds were comfy, room was clean, and it was only a short distance to the beach.

The location was great and the rooms were very clean and spacious. I can't wait to book here again.
