Room was clean and location was great.

Requested adjoining rooms for special needs. Arrived and told they could no longer meet our request. Staff at front showed no empathy and gave us rooms across hall. This was not acceptable and inconvenient for us to deal with the special need requirement.

Hotel was really great and comfortable. Everything looked really nice and was super clean :)

What an awful place. Greedy, rude, not nice.

Didn’t have. We weren’t told that there was one.

My wife has to take medicine during the night,and needs yogurt with them. I have always gotten some complimentary at other hotels we stay in. That is why we stay at Dury Inns whenever possible. It only cost $3.00,but it’s the point. Other than that,we really liked our stay.

When we booked, we thought there was a free breakfast included. After we booked, we found out there was no such thing. This was disappointing

We had no coffee cups in our room. We had 4 people in our room but only 3 towels. We had no coffee kpods in our room, only black tea. We found fingernails of toenails on the carpet. Lastly, we were very nervous about where we parked as there were people (not hotel guests) milling around the parking lot and looking in cars. Didn’t think this location would be like this based on the area.
