Spacious well appointed modern villa with large pool in a quiet location. There are fantastic sea views from the roof terrace and balcony. This is one of the best places we have stayed in over the last 13 years! Good communication from owner and easy check in process. We would definitely stay again.

What a fantastic villa to enjoy our 2 week break in the Algarve. The villa lived up to and exceeded the pictures and description, brilliantly well equipped kitchen, amazing views and perfect location. Be prepared for a walk up the hill on the way back from town, although this is a good excuse to have an ice cream before the walk!! Already checking our calendar to see when we can come back.

This property is just beautiful and has everything that you need and more .. the views from the balcony and the roof solarium are amazing.. The pictures on the site don’t do the villa or the views justice which is so much better in real life 😁 .. The pool and surrounding area is also really nice and has plenty of loungers for everyone to enjoy ☀️ .. My family and I will definitely come back!!

A very high quality apartment with great attention to detail. The location is ideal for us, about a half-mile from Luz centre. We found the area very quiet at night. The apartment had everything we wanted and was fitted, cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. We have rented a large number of villas over the years and have never found better.

Highly recommend a stay at this villa, it had everything you could possibly want. We had a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The view to the sea when sat on the balcony having breakfast or dinner was lovely, I will miss it. It wasn’t far to walk to the centre of Luz, the beach was lovely and we had some really nice meals out. We all would love to go back again sometime.

What an absolutely gorgeous place to stay! Everything was top notch, five star accommodations …incredible water views, amenities galore, and we were totally spoiled by the cleaning ladies who were just amazing! Very responsive and helpful host. You will not be disappointed…and hopefully we will be back!

This holiday home is one of the best we have stayed in, it had everything we needed. We arranged for the heated pool because of the time of year we stayed & we've never had a pool so warm. We enjoyed this holiday home that much we are disappointed it is already booked up next year so we have made sure we've got it booked for 2025.

Hostess Julia is 5 star, responding promptly, politely and perfectly. Villa is all new with incredible views and beautiful pool which we gladly paid to heat to swim daily. Cleaning was superb, very thorough, and villa management staff all friendly, respectful and competent. Location excellent. We’ve traveled extensively and have yet to experience a better venue.

We are a group of 8 friends who have been to many villas together and this is one of the best. There is ample seating no matter which room or area you are in. The villa is spotlessly clean, comfortable beds and spacious rooms. The pool and outdoor areas are also spacious and clean, we paid to have the pool heated and my friends were absolutely thrilled with it. Pool towels were also provided. Even though you have neighbours we felt we had more than enough privacy. The kitchen is very well equipped with a lovely range of plastics for poolside too. Our booking was a pre pandemic booking so we had lots of communication with the hosts (mainly Julia) who we have to say was amazing! Very supportive when our trip had to be put on hold twice and very helpful with the many questions we had. Although the immediate area is quiet it's only a short walk to Praia da Luz and a short bus or taxi journey to Lagos. A cleaning service was offered mid week although we chose to do it ourselves, it was lovely to be offered. Although we didn't have children with us, we would definitely recommend this villa for both families and adult groups, you won't be disappointed.

The Villa is in immaculate condition and boasts amazing views of the sea, exactly as advertised. Great private pool of perfect size for a small family. Would certainly return in the future.

We stayed for one week (July 2021) and were two families with kids ages 12,10,7 & age 1. Julia was very helpful from the first point of contact, especially as we were travelling in Covid times. The villa is perfect to share with 2 families, as lots of space both inside & out. The living room is a lovely area to chill out of the heat. Otherwise we were out by the pool or eating/drinking on the balcony with gorgeous view. Perfect adult evenings once kids in bed! The pool is a good size and nice and warm in summer without being heated, The location is also great, you have Luz within walking distance or a short drive but also plenty of other places to explore along the coast. It's really hard to find a reasonably priced 4 bed villa with pool in summer season of this quality - the kitchen is extremely well equipped & the furnishings felt like a treat. We had one small issue - the gas BBQ never worked during our stay which was important for us. However, the maintenance did try and fix it but could not get someone out in time. We did have a charcoal BBQ so it wasn't the end of the world. Overall I would recommend this villa for family groups looking to holiday in a nice quality villa with plenty of space, in a great location.

From the efficient check in process, to the outstanding accommodations of the home, and of course the location- this was indeed an outstanding vacation experience. The home has everything you need, and is located near everything the Algarve area has to offer . Highly recommend- would absolutely book here again.

The perfect week with heated pool, incredible ocean view and enough space in the house for privacy but family gathering spots. Plenty of seating, lounges and space! Extremely clean and well equipped. I highly recommend and would love to come back!

Great host, beautiful villa and absolutely stunning location! Everything is near by, the view from the balcony is stunning, and the host was very accommodating. The cleaning lady was lovely :) 100% recommend, I’ll be back.

My partner and I spent 2 weeks at this wonderful villa. We had a lovely relaxing holiday. Everything was well organised, straightforward and welcoming. The villa is beautifully clean and maintained to a high standard. We love Luz and could not have wished for a better villa for our stay.

It was a great house for our family. It’s prepared for small kids. Everything was exactly what we saw in pictures. During our stay a lady cleaned everything and also de pool. I recommend it. We will come back

Just spent an amazing 2 weeks in this gorgeous property celebrating my daughters wedding!! view over the Atlantic is stunning, spent most morning sitting on mid terrace watching sun come up, pictures of villa do not do it justice, the decor is lovely and modern, there is everything you could wish for in this villa, we spent s most days either in the pool or at Lagos beach, we spent night’s either in Luz town eating lovely food, taking a short taxi ride into Lagos or having bbqs on balcony, I can honestly say this is one of the nicest villas we have ever stayed in, the cleanliness was everything you could wish for, I would not hesitate to book this property again, thank you Julia for making our time in Luz so special!

We were 2 couples with children aged 2-9. We stayed for a week in August, enjoying the beach (5min drive) and the pool, having dinner outside. The villa is quite large and has all the facilities, kitchenware and utensils we needed.

The house has all the amenities you need, the swimming pool is great, and all the surrounding areas are too. There's only a short walk to Praia da Luz

This villa was perfect to provide serenity and calm. The sunrise and full moon rise views were spectacular over the cliffs of Luz. We stayed there for a week and were thrilled that an interim cleaning was performed at no charge to us. We use VRBO throughout the world and have never had that service performed for us before. The beds, linens, towels are the highest grade quality and were even fluffy. We loved the heated floors in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Definitely luxury living in Luz!

Our family had a Christmas get together at this lovely villa, we could not fault the accommodation, the place was spotlessly clean, with plenty of space for everyone, the terrace outside the lounge was lovely with amazing views, 20 minute walk to the town along the beach, never used the pool but it looked lovely, would recommend to anyone

We were celebrating a 70th bday. Guests aged 5 years to 70 and everyone had a great time. Due to the time of year we paid to have the pool heated worth every penny and the pool man was great and kept it spotless. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Overall a great stay. Thank you.

Lovely villa ideally situated, didn’t expect cleaners midweek so nice touch. Lots of space for families or two families sharing. Refurbed to a great standard, tasteful quality interior.

I looked at well over 100 different properties for our family trip to Luz. My parents winter here each year so we wanted to be close, but also have a nice house where we could host dinners, etc.. This house was perfect. The conditions are just as nice as the pictures show. Furnishings are top notch and the house had everything we needed (extras of many things). I like to BBQ so was thrilled to see a BRAND NEW Weber gas grill, which I used a number of times. It worked flawlessly. Pool was warm and in the sun almost the entire day. Was happily surprised when we received a mid week cleaning from the staff - it was a nice touch that you don't normally see. Also the welcome basket that was left helped us out immensely as we arrived late and very tired - just what we needed to start the next day off with ! We will definitely go back in the future !

My wife and I have just returned from a great week in this exceptional villa. We couldn't fault anything with the villa and the area itself. It was superbly furnished and immaculately clean and no attention to detail had been spared. The photos don't do the villa justice!! The overall space, the pool and views from the main terrace and roof were amazing. It's location is perfect and ever so peaceful for a relaxing holiday - access to Luz is within walking distance and offers a nice selection of bars and restaurants etc. The welcome pack was much appreciated too. A beautiful, clean, spacious, luxurious villa fully equipped with everything you can think of. A sea view in peaceful surroundings made for a perfect holiday for us and our three children. Was utterly lovely to have our own pool. We took inflatables but there were lots already there along with beach parasol and bucket and spades. Board games and PlayStation and even a pool table to cater for all ages. Wonderful!! The local beach (including water sports) and restaurants are just a 3 minute drive away so walkable if you have the time and energy but in the heat, it's nicer to drive. The welcome pack was a really thoughtful and lovely surprise. I thoroughly recommend this villa and hope to go and stay there again. Perfect!

Pleasantly surprised by the high standard of equipment, decor and furnishings within this property. The lounge and bedrooms were air conditioned, with modern fittings, decor and modern en-suite off both master doubles. The storage in each room was fantastic, and it was lovely to be able to walk out to the pool area from the master bedrooms. Also nice to have the kids bedrooms open out to the indoor (secure) terrace with pool table. Spoiled for choice as to seating areas to relax or dine with poolside, living room terrace or roof terrace to choose from, all with stunning views. It was great to have a fridge in the pool area for easy access to drinks whilst watching the kids swimming. Having been to Luz on several occasions this was by far the best property we have stayed in. Although we ate out most nights it was nice to have use of the BBQ too, and have everything you need to have the option to eat in of a night. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely come back.
