Propreté à améliorer : poubelle salle de bains non vidée, draps lavés mais qq taches encore visibles,table rabattante pour repas moyennement bien fixée et peinture écaillée

Perfect location for access to the Cité, restaurants 10 minutes walk. Easy car access from the autoroute. Everything just worked. Great for an overnight or weekend. I would not stay longer.

Better sitting out space might have been nice but not a deciding factor.

Walking distance to the medieval town. Handy night stopover on our drive from Bayonne to Avignon. Has kitchen facilities/fridge,

The location is within walking distance to the medieval citadel and it has free parking. Room is quiet.

Bathroom needs some cleaning as mold can be seen in the grout of the tile. No shampoo and conditioner. Got some mosquitoes in the room. The front yard needs some upkeep since weeds are everywhere.

Location was perfect. Ease of check in and out. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I understand why everyone mentions the pizza place it is great. The location was a very short walk from the old town. There is a secure car park.

Though it is not stated when you book there are no staff on site. Everything is done via sms and lock boxes. When we arrived the place was abandoned. everything was grubby and shabby, there were still covid notices on the doors, it was clear that no staff had been to the place for longer than it took to make the bed badly in months. Everything in the Kitchen was mismatched and grubby. The sheets weren't ironed and didn't fit the bed properly. There was a jumper and kids sunglasses left in the draws. There were tampons in the main draw, not in a container just loose in their wrappers, it looked like someone had emptied their hand bag. There were also a number of long dark hairs in the draws and one under the pillow. We were told when we got there that there is a 10 euro surcharge for animals and it has to be paid in cash, so we had to find a cash machine. we should have been told about it when we booked (it only says a surcharge may apply) then we would not have had to schlep out in the rain. There is no view, though there could be if anyone had done any gardening in the last two years. Everything in the bathroom was worn out, dirty or broken. There were no facilities on site, even down to the 'free toiletries' = four cotton buds in a dusty packet. There was a grubby bottle of something in the shower, but the label had come off. There was a coffee maker so covered in dust that I could write my name on it and one coffee pod, no milk, no tea. There were no instructions on how to use anything, we don't come from a culture with automatic gates and air conditioning, so I called my french colleague who talked me through everything, which is in fact very simple, but the lack of anyone to ask further added to the feeling of desolation and abandonment.. I expected zombies to come round the corner at any moment. Further - I have now received abusive text messages about the bad review and the owner has demanded that booking.com take it down. Not nice

location for touring area excellent . host gave great recommendations for eating . comfortable and private safe parking . host provided clean towels when asked .

cooking facilities minimal but adequate

Fab location near old cité. Security parking. Comfortable. Good wifi.

Could do with more kitchen utensils.
