Really good place to spend a beautiful Holiday. Near from the Beach restaurants... in the evening very quiet and all the Familly was just very kindly. Thanks a lot was very nice and relaxed top...

Amazing hosts, great location, excellent apartment

the views and location

There was no tea, coffee or sugar in this property and no cleaning cloth. Only one apartment in Montenegro that didn’t offer this. The TV didn’t work and only when we brought it to the attention of the owner did they make us aware they knew about it. Why did he not tell us when we checked in? There was no duvet that fitted the bed, all were too small and we finally used a blanket that was in the wardrobe. in fact there was no check in, and no check out.. no record of us having stayed there at all in fact! They refused to give us a receipt after handing over cash. The excuse was made of the ‘stamp’ being in the safe. all we wanted was a hand written note to say we had paid but still a refusal. I would certainly think twice about staying there

One of the best places ever been, great acquaintance with Montenegro. The owners really have a passion to accommodate their guests in every possible way. Pity I could not stay longer.

People are amazing, you have strong feeling that you at home where people care about you. Even in irregular, emergency situations! My love to Simona and whole family. Villa with memorizing view, clean and bright. Good place to stay and learn about people, history, interesting locations, near you can find clean and cozy beaches, restaurants, small food stores, supermarket in Przno - 20 minutes walk. Definitely recommend!

Traffic and parking is the biggest issue for all Sveti Stefan. No meter which place you choose to stay.

The apartment is exactly as described. From the terrace you can see St. Stephen and the sunset. The apartment was always clean, and the bed linen and towels were changed a couple of times during our stay. The beach is only a few hundred meters away so you can walk everywhere. The hosts are phenomenal and available 24 hours for any problems. This is definitely a place and accommodation that I will visit every year. :)

The location and the view from this place are amazing, 5-7 min walking down the beach with a nearby bus stop to Budva. The host and his family were very friendly and helpful, trying to accommodate all our needs. They were always around and available for all our questions. Our room was cleaned pretty much every day. Good breakfast and coffee. Overall, we had a great stay at this place and would highly recommend it to everyone else!

The first day we arrived, we were given another room on the ground floor due to another guest having some troubles. It was inconvenient but the host was really nice, apologized for the confusion, and offered us a complimentary breakfast. The next morning they brought us our breakfast and helped with the luggage. It was very much appreciated.

The location and the apartment are perfect. The view is amazing and the hosts are there to help you with anything you might need. I recommend this property for your stay, regardless of the number of days and the reason for your visit.

Great location and great view from the apartments on the upper floor

The pictures on the ad are of the apartments at the upper floor, they also have other apartments on the basement floor that are much smaller with very tiny balcony which don’t even fit a small table. They tried to give us the apartment on the basement floor which is not advertised on the pictures they put on Booking.com. The ad also said you have a TV but the one we had didn’t work, we asked to fix it and they didn’t. The shower drain was clogged with hairs from previous guests. There is no soap of any kind.

Perfect location, short walk to the beach, balconies plus big terrace all with a fantastic view of Sveti Stefan. Bus stop, shop, cafe and restaurant all a minute away. Quiet, comfortable and clean apartment with good wi-fi and air-con. Lovely hosts Jelena and Zoran - thanks for everything! :)

View was excellent and wifi connection good and strong.

First and main point - plenty of ants in the terrace and some even in the room. As for cleanliness- there were hairs in fridge and on towels. Dishes havent been properly washed and kitchen was missing elementary tools as kettle.

the place is idyllic with the friendliest most accommodating hosts you could wish for.

The location was perfect with a sensational view over island of Sveti Stefan...brilliant sunsets from our balcony. We were there at end of October so not busy. Many restaurants were already closed but the one Zoran recommended just up the street was fantastic. It was a short walk down the steps to the beach where we also bought tickets for a guided walk through the resort, which is not open to the public. A beautiful town.

For some guests bathroom may be a bit small but we were happy.

Lovely, welcoming host who I felt genuinely wanted us to enjoy the apartment. Apartment had everything we needed with a little fridge etc. Fantastic views from the balcony. Central to access beaches and restaurants. Would love to come to Montenegro again. We’ve absolutely loved it. Being a woman of colour I wasn’t sure how I would be received but there haven’t been any issues at all :)

Nothing not to like. Would stay here again and highly recommend
