This was odd and weird, you would expect basic needs like this to be better covered. The house should also have some additional items in the closets like additional pillows or blankets maybe, just for a better experience for the guest. We really liked the app and how it had all the information we needed there. Overall we had a great time, but we did not love our stay.

It's very spacious plenty of room for everyone to sit together in the living room. The beds were comfortable, and it was great to have multiple bathrooms. My only complaint about the beds were the sheets not staying on. The corners pop off because of the mattress covers, they need to get the sheet clips that help keep them on. It was an easy walk to the pool, which was really nice! The beach is a bit far for walking, but the tram stop is almost right next to the house, which was very convenient, and worked out great!! We would definitely stay there again, we had such a great week!!

Pool was crowded, security spent a lot of time blowing their whistles. That area of 30a has changed a lot in 3 years. It reminds me of a nicer version of Panama City Beach 25 years ago. Crowded, lots of young people drinking. Too many investors have bought and are doing the whole short term rental deal. I'm just an renter myself so I'm just making an observation. The property manager was a bit slow to respond via VRBO msg. Nice house all on one level and it was clean.

Sheets constantly came off the bed...and also the covers on the sofas were dirty or stained...not acceptable really

Several things could use improvement. Bedrooms only have blinds. Would be nice to have some kind of darkening or black out shades. It gets very bright at sunrise. They have no control over this so just an FYI. There are homes under construction next door and across the street so there is a lot of construction noise now and will probably be for the next 6-8 months. Hall bath shower drains slowly. Bikes need some maintenance. The bed sheets are very thin, low thread count and the fitted sheet corners slipped off continuously during the night while sleeping. We personally rent vacation properties often and we own some too. These are some things that are typically provided and we are used to seeing that were lacking. A bar of soap, not just body wash. More than 1 roll of TP per bath. Box of tissues per bath. 1 or 2 washing machine pods or detergent packets. Salt & pepper. At least 1 coffee filter per days of rental.

A spacious well appointed single story home perfect for our 88 year old mother and our sister. They both loved the quiet serenity of off season Seacrest as they explored the many nearby public offerings.

Shuttle wasn’t very timely so going to the beach wasn’t very easy. They don’t allow you to bring your own chair and sit near the water to see your children. You have to sit at the back. I had to call maintenance several times for the tv not working the laundry door kept falling off and the NEST AC kept reverting back to 74 constantly.

This house is so cute, clean and comfy. We had 3 couples and it was perfect. It has been recently, totally updated and decorated beautifully! We enjoyed sitting on the front porch during the rain storms. The shuttle stop is right beside the house, and we used it to get back and forth to the beach. We had a great time!

It was a great setup for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The main area was very roomy and it was nice having the teenagers' bedrooms separate from the master. :-) The front porch was great to sit and relax on. Close to a tram stop as well.

The home was in the perfect location and very quiet until the "teen biker gangs" would ride past. We enjoyed watching and listening to their music, laughter, and chatting from our screened-in porch. They were also having a GREAT time! The kitchen was very well equipped for any type of cooking, baking and grilling. We did that most of the time we were there. Everything was clean and comfortable. We did have an issue with the air conditioner. I called about 8pm and management responded within 2 minutes and showed up within 10. He checked it out and called a repairman who was very courteous and promptly fixed our issue. All in, under an hour! I was extremely impressed! I would ABSOLUTELY recommend and this rental, just keep my week available for our family, we will be back!

Everyone had their own bedrooms and baths. Located at a tram stop to grab a quick ride to the beach and a short walk to the pool!

The property was clean and modern.The bedding and furniture were comfortable and the screened in porch was a little private haven for me. The house is well stocked with kitchenware and some much appreciated supplies were on site (i.e. diswasher pods, laundry pods, dish detergent). Loved our stay. Didn't want to leave. Hope to be back!

What a great house! From the spacious living room/dining room area to the fully stocked kitchen (great blender for frozen drinks!), this house made our vacation perfect! The tram service is amazing- quick ride to the beach with a friendly driver and the pool is fantastic- plenty of seating, gorgeous fountains, a slight breeze and a small cafe serving delicious drinks and food- We didn't want to leave!

We had a great week staying in Toes in the Water! We love the house for its size and location. This was our second time staying there. We would recommend having the slip covers for the couches and outdoor grill cleaned.

This was our second time staying at this property. We would love it but we’re disappointed that the slip covers and outdoor grill were not clean. We would recommend cleaning these.
