Great condo, close to town, slept lots of family. Carpet is pretty stained but that made us less paranoid about spills. Hot tub is very hard to open and close unless you have a skinny tall strong person with you. We would stay here again.

This is the second time my husband and his friends stayed here. They really enjoyed the hot tub and the garage to stow their bikes in. Thank you for the garage space options. Till next year's bike trip. :)

We had a wonderful time, the home is very clean and easy to find, we used the bikes and SHARC passes. The only thing that was disappointing was that living room fireplace didn’t work. But other then that we would stay here again.

I don’t recall reading that this was a townhouse. Luckily there was no one next door. I wish there was a little more outside space. The kitchen is lacking a few things. The whole house needs a deep cleaning. Check under the couch, beds, etc. or better yet, don’t. The pilot light wouldn’t stay lit on the downstairs fireplace. I definitely should be fixed. That said, the house is pretty great. The beds are comfy. The hot tub cover takes some careful teamwork to get it closed. I’d still stay here again though. Way more positives than negatives.

Good family stay close enough to everything

This is a very nice property, quiet and private. Very nice patio and kitchen, could use a few higher quality pots and pans for those of us who want to cook occasionally. Gas fireplace in the living room didn't work, one of the Sunriver employees tried to start it, but wasn't able to fix it. He did take the information to get an outside repairman in, so I expect it will be fixed. We loved the gas fireplace in the master bedroom. We had a lovely time at this property.

The home is much more beautiful in person with the high ceilings, beams, and river rock fireplace. The couch and ottoman were super comfy for relaxing and playing board games. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and even had some spices and oil stocked so we didn’t need to go buy any. The not so great: the AC was covered when we got there, and the upstairs was pretty warm in the evening when my toddler went to bed. We didn’t realize it was covered so we thought it wasn’t working. Turns out it works, but they didn’t take the cover off. Master screen door was broken and the porch wasn’t really clean or nice to hang out on. Master shower pull was broken and fell off a few times. Master bed was soft and saggy and not comfortable for my former bed taste. some people might like it though. Water heater was turned up too high and I nearly burned myself a few times. Shower in the Second bathroom upstairs didn’t drain well. It wasn’t perfect, but we enjoyed our time!

Great location with plenty of room for our small family. However from the listing, it was not clear that this was a multi-unit property. Outdoor space was nice for us, but may not be adequate for active children. While we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay, some opportunities for improvement exist. Some repairs, especially the primary bedroom balcony screen are needed. Burnt out light bulb replacement, bike maintenance, and cleaning of blinds and outdoor space were all overlooked. Be sure to bring adequate household supplies, e.g. only two dishwasher soap pods were provided for a four night stay.

This property was an excellent choice for for a family getaway. The walk in closet served as a great bedroom for my 14 month old. The 3 bedrooms were very quiet, letting people sleep in after the baby woke up. The baby gate did not fit the stairs because of the baseboard. There is an old stroller at the property but you'll probably be more comfortable to bring your stroller from home. Note - there is an shockingly high Owner Fee with this property. I didn't notice until after I booked.

House is great. Lots upstairs space for all. Downstairs nice kitchen and dining area. Beautiful gas fireplace and built-ins. While we did not use the hot tub it is close in the sideyard and big enough for 4 easy. The only detraction was the parking as it is under the pine trees dropping pitch. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thanks on the great job on house and nice getaway.

Beautiful home nestled quietly in Sunriver. Clean, comfortable, well equipped and maintained. Love Aquila Lodges and will be back soon!

We loved how clean and inviting it was.

The house was beautiful. I loved having two gas fireplaces and all furniture including beds were very comfortable and clean. Perfect location- close to river and village. Great home for a holiday getaway.

Arrival was complicated and somewhat dangerous on the icy driveway as the porch lighting was out! Driveway in and out needs some form of guidance as it is not a simple in and out! Interior living room fireplace pilot light was out so needed maintenance to light! Upstairs bunk bed also hazardous as if you wanted to come down to floor level you would definitely hit your head Dining room carpet (runner) needs replacement!

What a lovely well-appointed home to take my family to. All of our family enjoyed the home and the ping pong table was a plus. Everything you need to have a relaxing time is in the home. The home is extremely clean well decorated and you can tell the owners are very thoughtful about their guest's stay. We will definetly be back.

Sunriver Resort is wonderful property for active families. Accommodations were clean, spacious, well-appointed. Location for access to resort biking/walking paths was perfect. Improvement to written communication regarding operation of tv/cable/network systems needed. Two of provided bikes not operable (flat tire, no brakes)

Wonderful place, with 3 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. Updated and well appointed home. The stand outs were, plenty of bikes to use, ping pong table in garage, and jacuzzi in backyard. We loved using their passes to sharc which is a water park close by to use. So many amenities in Sun river, such as expansive bike trails, golf, horseback riding, going to the village for restaurants, shops, and stores. Be advised that due to covid, there are sone restrictions. Fires in nearby areas did create smoky skies.

The perfect home for a week in Sunriver. Well appointed, great location. The only suggestion. Is to upgrade the bikes and have a better selection of sizes that work

We had so much fun… Biking, ping pong… great space and very comfortable !!!

We loved the location and quietness of the house. The house had everything we needed. The carpet and floors were dirty and light bulbs were our. The dishwasher also needed repair and we had to clean the barbecue. The bikes needed tuning. We enjoyed the house though and had an enjoyable time.

The house was very nice and new. The neighborhood was pleasant yet no easy trail access. It had bikes, AC, hot tub, SHARC passes- all the amenities that we wanted. The overall experience was great but there were a few things lacking like basic kitchen supplies. Other ways to improve would be provide more games and activities.

We really appreciated having ample supplies of toiletries, how well the AC worked, and the smart TV for the hot nights.

We enjoyed all aspects of the unit. It's location, quaint and tucked away and yet close and easy access to bike trails, nature center, river, marina, corals and outdoor activities. Our family relaxed and played hard all in one location!

The property was clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the bikes to bike Sunriver and Bend. It was in a good location for walking and the area was quiet.

This home was the perfect spot to enjoy all that Sunriver has to offer. We loved the location- an easy bike ride to the village, marina, SHARC, and the river loop. After full days of adventure, the hot tub was the perfect place to unwind. We can’t wait to return and stay in Aquila Lodge again!

Our family of 6 had a great 5 night stay. The location was ideal and the floorplan was perfect for us.
