The property was in a great location (near the big park), spacious for the three of us and clean. Although we did not cook, the kitchen was well equipped. We loved the subtle festive decorations and flowers. Good contact and response from Marlene.

The location is close to Grosser Garten - very nice. Traveling with pets was possible Spotlessly clean If communication with owner was established, it was nice- but : emails haven’t been answered for 3 weeks.

Email sent 3 weeks prior to arrival has not been answered until the night before arrival (at 2:32 am!!) Invoice was without extra-charge for cleaning for the dogs (usually this charge is also on the invoice). Staff upon arrival was very unfriendly (she is not the owner). Once arrived we realized that the apartment was without balcony and without terrace - instead: it was Souterrain - underground. No view at all. pictures in the internet are mostly from an Appartement in the same building, first floor. With balcony and view!!!! Since I was traveling with elderly friends I didn’t want to change. Without them, I would not have accepted the apartment. One room only has a very small window. Dark - hardly any day-light! picture from that room is during a sunny day! I haven’t been informed that I had to pay cash. Instructions where to find an ATM were wrong.

The apartment was great and beautiful. Location is excellent, especially with a kid. We were also give a crib for an extra money. I wish we styed for a longer time.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. The hostel was a little underground because it had to go down the stairs. But very clean and the owner was very kind. Parking was convenient. There was a big park right in front of the house, so it was nice to take a walk. Overall, this is a satisfying accommodation.

It was a little cold because the heating was not continuous.

great apartment heaps of room with a decent kitchen, off street parking. short walk to the tram which takes you right into the altstadt.
